I came across this location after a Google search since I needed to submit fingerprints right away for my background check. I had a very pleasant experience. John was extremely polite, listened well, was very knowledgeable, took his time with my fingerprints, and went over and beyond to ensure that I had completed everything that was requested of me. I was a walk-in customer because I didn't have time to schedule an appointment. Therefore, I was glad that no one else was there and that the entire process took about 15-20 minutes. Thank you John. Hi John,
Thank you for the explanation, but to be honest, it’s not convincing. My friend went through the exact same fingerprinting process elsewhere, with great customer service and for a significantly lower price.
In my opinion, the service I received didn’t justify the $30 difference. I appreciate your time, but I won’t be recommending your business.

Highly recommend this place. Called in advance asking if I could come right at closing for fingerprints. The gentleman offered to stay and wait to help me. Very friendly and helpful.

Very helpful! I needed to do a live scan for fingerprints and it was quick and easy. I was able to walk in and get help and the whole process took 20 minutes. Grateful for the help!

Under new management !! I recently came in postal extra needing a box for my new business. The owner was very friendly. Answered all my questions and gave me the best deal possible. I love the new management keep up the good work.

I dropped in for a passport renewal a couple of days ago. I was unsure of what the process involves but Eddie and his son were very knowledgeable on the topic, they took my photos and walked me through the form which made everything super easy. They also take care of most other postal and shipping services and I will definitely be giving them more of my business in the future.

We went in for the first time and already had a label made for our package. We were going to box our shipment and send it. Since they had a grand opening you would expect them to start off with great service, but no. They said they wouldn't ship packages with labels that have already been made. You're supposed to be able to ship a package at any postal office, but they told us off. DEFINITELY will NOT be returning after such horrible service.
