Iliya was quick with my video tour and estimate, the office sent me paperwork promptly, and Ivan and his team were super efficient and helped make things go smoothly. They figured out a way to get my fridge through a tight doorway and added pads to the legs of my furniture upon move-in as not to scratch the wood floors. Highly recommended!”

“I had a relatively small move—about 15 plastic bins, 5 boxes, a sofa, 4 TVs, and a few other miscellaneous items. What really worried me was the distance, since I was moving all the way from Los Angeles to Philadelphia. I honestly expected that at least a couple of things might get lost along the way.
But to my surprise, everything arrived exactly as it was shipped, and it only took 9 business days. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.

“A++ Shoutout to all my neighbors in the ReadySpaces Chatsworth Community! It really does feel like a community here. Everyone’s always smiling and waving and happy. ?? Also a shoutout to the handymen who keep the place from falling apart, the cleaning crew who keeps it all clean, and the new GM Ryan for coming in and getting to work. I almost don’t want to leave this review so people won’t bumrush the place but I have to give credit where it’s due.”
“I have had many storage units fromr many different places and this is by far the best deal around. Unlike most other self storage places this isn't corporate vibe with too many restrictions and late fees etc. U store is managed by a very cool couple who could have find me the first time that I was late but instead they just waited till they saw me and reminded me and they waved the late fee.”
