“Had an amazing experience with this company on a busy Friday afternoon after I popped my tire. The person I spoke to over the phone, Carlos, was very professional and to the point. The service was fast and efficient even given the busy area where my car was immobilzed. The next day, Saturday, I called the company back and had them tow my car to a tire shop and I experienced the same excellent service. “Took in my Tahoo with black dull hood paint that looked worse and worse to Northridge Collision center ., after a few days, when I first saw it, the hood looked brand new, they also had washed it, so the whole truck looked sparkling and shiny . Thank you to the friendly staff, and their workers, very accommodating and pleasant to deal with . Anyone with the Chevrolet Tahoe factory hood paint issues , should really take their SUV to this shop.”

I believe we would be hard-pressed to find ANY tow truck company with a 5 star rating - to me 2.6 represents the people that needed help, the missing 2.4 stars are individuals whose vehicle HAD to be towed. I tend not to rely on reviews, and reserve judgement based on my own experience - so far, the difference between other towing vendors and Day & Night has been day and night, their level of customer service has been outstanding. They are prompt, courteous, and so far pretty efficient. Mario has been great!!”

“I had stopped at a gas station on Frazier Park because I needed to look for change to get enough gas to get home as I thought I might run out. Instead, my battery died and after waiting for someone who could jump start me to show up at the gas station after 11pm which is rare to none, I called AAA and Panorama Towing was dispatched. The driver was there in 15 minutes. He was very professional and concerned with getting myself and my daughter safely home. There was another guy who needed help unlocking his car but Brandon politely told him that he needed to get us going first and then he would see what he could do. He also gave me his cell phone number incase I did run out of gas, he said he would come deliver and make sure we got home safely. Nice, polite and new what he was doing. Thank you for getting me home in one piece and going the extra mile to make sure we were safe!”

“My car needed some front-end bodywork. I came across the location on a Friday afternoon. Ed was very friendly, professional and helpful with what I needed to replace (front bumper and foglamp). He gave me a quote, I dropped the car off on a Monday night and it was done by Wednesday afternoon. Ed even met me after hours so that I would not have to leave my car out at night in the parking lot. Ed even provided factory parts when he could not find aftermarket ones in time. I was apprehensive about a repair without insurance, but Ed more than delivered and kept me informed all along the way.
