These guys went above and beyond to pack something I bought on eBay (that weighed 140lbs!) and ship it across the country to me. They were easy to work with and packed my item with care. SUPER thankful they pulled it off! Would recommend!

I've been a customer of this UPS store for about 10 years. Have always felt like family there! They offer faxing, notary, mailbox service, shredding, and copy service. This location does get busy during peak times, but it is independently ran and I support small businesses all the way! Thank you!!

The friendliest UPS store around! Went in for passport photos and they were having some issues with their PC so I had to wait a while. But they offered me the photos free of charge because of the wait. Have had a pleasant experience on my previous visits too, they're always professional and helpful. Keep up the great work!

I've been coming to this store for almost everyday for almost a year to drop off all my UPS packages until yesterday, I was threatened to be rejected just because I would not put labels in certain way for them, and not only that but lie to me trying to justified their actions saying that they were doing me a favor by letting me bulk drop off and not waiting for a receipt. that every customer have to go to the process for a receipt. I have been doing shipping services for almost 20 years and never at any other shipping store (UPS, Fedex, DHL, USPS) they have told me I have to wait for a receipt unless I require it. Imagine the day that UPS store would reject business accepting UPS shipment just because I would not put boxes in a way to help them do their job. and in case you are wondering this started because employees in the store were somehow rude to the people dropping off packages for me.

I often go into this store for a notary, and even when the store is super busy, Adila Khan is unfailingly polite and efficient. Also they have packed and shipped twice very fragile items for me with no problems. Great store!
