Two tellers handling an entire line of customers at the end of the month. The line is so long it's almost out the door. Their customer service is really lacking.

This Wells Fargo branch is by far the worst location. The manager Karie Melvin, is no help at all! Every time there is a problem she has no solution and gets nasty with her customers. I waited in line for 1hr+ while she took a phone call and could've assisted her customers. I've closed my account with wells because of her.

bro this place is so slow, there's only 1 person working and so many people in line. nothing gets done, people can't do their job, and the manager (blonde) is useless, she doesn't help with anything. when I tell you I waits in the line for 1 hour I mean it. rude staff who can't figure anything out.

I have been a Customer for over 30 years. I went twice in one day to the Chatsworth branch to talk to someone. Nobody would even pay attention to me. It used to be a very friendly and Costumer oriented branch. I called twice to make an appointment but nobody is picking up the phones.I guess I'm not the only one not happy with this branch.

Very bad bank, not friendly, not willing to help customers, in general if you don't have appointments don't go there these staff are very lazy to help you, this is the second time I'm going there and I don't get help, very sad, I mean they should have one person for walk in people to help them, so I think I'm going to close my account and do all my transactions in chase!

If you are looking to refinance DON'T use Peter Kerrigan at the Chatsworth Branch on Mason. he engaged in bait and switch regarding the interest rate despite the fact that both my husband and I at separate times gave him the value of our property. And, he keeps sending me emails despite numerous requests to remove me from his email grouping in an attempt to keep the door open for my business

This location on mason is horrible. The branch manager is arrogant and rude. Why can't they have someone greeting customers at the door? It's common curtesy to assist people. They just made me walk around without helping me. I had to stand in line to find out that I need an appointment to add a signer to an account. The other branches are much better.

Always a long line. Wells Fargo started in business in 1852. You would think by now they would have figured out how to hire more tellers. Businesses need to stop blaming every customer service shortfall on Covid. Its been almost 2 years. The rest of us have figured it out.

I wanted to say that Derek Drinon is an amazing Branch Manager! He saw me waiting and he immediately came to me, and offer his assistance. He rescued me from the problem I was so concerned about and easily help resolve. For that, I am very thankful for. :) Not only was he able to successfully resolve my issue, I can also say that he was very kind, genuine and so warm-hearted. What a great guy! Wells Fargo is very lucky to have him as an employee. He honestly deserves a promotion!!! :D

would like to thank and recognize Ms. Insun Cuellar for helping me out this morning without having an appointment. I had an appt with a branch in simi valley and got the worst service ever and because they did not know how to do there job, I had to go somewhere else and I am ok with that because at the end of the day I got better service with a smile.

I've been a Wells Fargo account holder and customer for over 20 years (I opened my first account when I was a kid in elementary school!), and have dealt with many, many branches and many, many WFB bankers. I love this particular branch, because they were extremely helpful to me when opening a new business account for one of my companies that I registered in Nevada. A banker named Ruben Aldana helped me set up the account, and made it very easy for me. If you need to set up a business acct, hit him up. I had to set up the account QUICKLY so that I could accept an incoming payment from a new vendor from overseas, and Ruben helped me get my account going and rush ordered my checks for me, which were a necessity! I needed a voided check from the new account so that I could send it to my client in Europe, and they could pay me electronically every month. I went into the branch once while Ruben was on vacation, and his colleagues William Lopez and Garrett Oltz were able to help me out - I AM SO APPRECIATIVE OF THAT. Let me explain why - I deposited a check at a Las Vegas branch from a new client from the East Coast. It was a pretty large check, so the bank in LV put a hold on the funds for TWO WEEKS. WTF... that screwed things for me, because I needed to use some of those funds for ordering necessary equipment ASAP. I went into the branch and explained my situation to Garrett, and he was able to do some sort of verification for me and release the funds to me ASAP, SAME DAY. That saved my business! If he hadn't been able to do that, I would not have been able to receive my equipment in time for my event! THANKS SO MUCH to Garrett, William, and Ruben at WFB Chatsworth for helping me in a bind. I appreciate you guys!
