We were waiting to see a banker for 1 hr. No one cares about your needs. The bankers are rude and not willing to help you. They turned us away because they don’t have appointments after making us wait for 1 hr.

I used to love this location. But now, 14 people in line on January 2 at 1:40 p.m. and over 35 minutes to get a cashier’s check. Where is a manager? Sitting in their little cubicle on their phone texting and laughing. Embarrassing for everyone, including the one teller having to put up wish this mess. I’ve been a WF customer for almost 20 years, now I’m starting to wonder why.

Too bad I can give them a zero, because of the manager being super rude to clients. Plus they only have one teller and the manager isn't helping the huge line ? won't be coming back to this branch

Long lines event at time of the day that is not their busy time merely because they have one or two windows open.They still operate as if we are still at midst of covid!!!No manager on call! And no one cares there is six people in line at 2 pm, have no common sense to call for help or back up... tellers act clueless!I already closed my accounts and kept one open only because I have a safe deposit box with them, and every time I have to do anything I get the same "NO SERVICE"!

Habe a corporate account. Extremely long wait in line, and their system goes down frequently, so you can't make deposits.

I didn’t find give zero ! Worst Bank in this location. I waited 20 min. Nobody ask for help. 2 lady was chatting on the table and looking at me. I went two times counter even though they don’t care the customer. I’m going close account from well’s Fargo .super rude cashier Kevin.Disrespectful people.

Worst branch ever. Every time I walk in take 45 minutes to 1 hour. Forgot sake you make between 60 to 70 billion can’t hire more employees.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this bank branch recently. I went in with the simple task of selling 1,280 euros, but it turned into an absolute nightmare. First and foremost, the wait time was appalling. I had to endure over 20 minutes of waiting just to be attended to, which is completely unacceptable for a supposedly professional institution.Finally, when it was my turn, I explained my intention to sell the euros, only to be met with the excuse that their system was "down." Seriously? How can a bank, of all places, have such a fundamental issue with their system? It's astounding how a financial institution can be so unprepared and unreliable.The lack of preparation and contingency planning on their part is inexcusable. If their system was genuinely down, they should have informed their customers beforehand or, at the very least, put up a sign indicating the issue. Instead, they made their customers waste valuable time waiting in vain.Beyond the technical issues, the customer service was subpar at best. The staff seemed indifferent to the inconvenience they caused, showing no empathy or urgency to resolve the situation. I felt like my time and concerns were dismissed without a second thought.Overall, my experience at this bank branch was nothing short of a disaster. Their inability to handle basic transactions and their lackluster customer service leave much to be desired. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this branch and look for a more reliable and customer-focused institution. Save yourself the headache and avoid the disappointment I had to endure.

The worst branch ever! the lines are always out the door, they never have more than two people working behind the glass. It's ALWAYS a long wait! The manager lady is extremely rude.

Horrible, horrible service. Waited an hour even though I had an appointment, and the rep that was supposed to help us out wasn't even in the store that day.
