White Cap is the best. I am a concrete contractor and they have everything I need. If for some reason they don't have it . Alfonso or Bert jump on it and if they can get it for me and or order it they will. Great customer service ?

I drove two and a half hours to get here had called three times before I hit the road and while I was on the road to let them know I was going to be right before they closed and if that was all right if they would be able to help me out which they assured me would be no problem I showed up here at their store 2 minutes before they close and the gates are already locked there's people in there and they're just ignoring me so I'm going to drive back through traffic to get back home with nothing thanks a lot next time you should inform your customers you don't help after 5:00 no matter what instead of assuring me that I can still get what I needed from you thanks a lot

Employee from this business has stolen a phone from a mother at the Northridge Mall. Location of the phone was shown at this business. Don't take your business here, employees are clearly thieves stealing personal items from innocent people such as a woman with her baby!

The company is a good with quality products but the employees at this location are trash. No customer service at all. Guys behind the counter won't even help...if you hate your job that much quite. Know what you need and order ahead!!

Costumer service is really really bad. This people don't care about costumer at all. They see you standing and they even greet you. they don't care. Specially a guy name Earl. He needs to be tough. How to handle costumers. Every time I come here his attitude makes me feel uncomfortable. Will not recommend this place just for that.

Exceptional service always. Earl is the best salesman. But the others in Chatsworth store are good as well. I go to several of the whitecap stores but Chatsworth is the best.
