It's a great place. No one judges you. Everyone is so supportive and helpful. The exercise routines are presented so you can adjust the intensity to fit you. The instructors show you low intensity and high intensity, so you go at your own pace. The instructors are super supportive and knowledgeable. The music is pumping. It's very enjoyable! I've never been to a class that I didn't love.

This is more like meeting your friends for some fun. Everyone is friendly and interested in keeping you healthy and motivated. When you first walk-in the door you are welcomed to a fun workout. So come and try our dance party.

It would be nice if they offered the same classes more often. They may offer the class you want once or twice a week. Would not recommend this place for $100 monthly. Now go to Zumba at Extreme Fitness for $25 monthly. Classes are set for morming and afternoon. Big difference. Much better.
