“Our van broke down near Lake Fulmor on our way back home from Idyllwild. I called two shops before this one and one didn't even answer the other said they wouldn't be able to look at our van for a week. As soon as I called this shop, I knew we were in good hands. They were very empathetic and said we could drop the van off that day. We found out our alternator was bad even though we just had it replaced last year at a local shop. They took the time to show us exactly what went wrong and what they did to prevent it. Thank you guys!”

“When relocating to the Inland Empire from Arizona, I was unable to take all my belongings. Luckily, I had a good storage shed at my old home. Once I settled in, my friend & neighbor offered to bring the rest of my belongings and stay for a visit. U-Haul was surprisingly unaccommodating and pricey. Penske let me rent a truck in AZ for my friend to pickup and return it locally. I couldn’t do the paperwork in AZ but I could in CA. The manager never had a situation like mine but was incredibly pleasant and helpful. My friend had the same experience in AZ. No one was pressuring me to size up or buy insurance if I didn’t want to. In the end, I did and it was still cheaper U-Haul. It surprised my friend as she tried them some years ago. Perhaps they improved their business practices or they’re the better deal if you’re going across State lines. Whatever the reason, add them to your shopping list on your next haul; they may surprise you for the better!”
