Dollar General is a trusted and loyal grocery store on the peninsula, known for offering a wide range of name-brand foods, seasonal items, household supplies, toiletries, medical supplies, stationery, and toys at very affordable prices. The store often has shelves stocked with products, and employees are friendly. While some customers note that the self-checkout doesn't work and that the store can be a bit cluttered, overall, it is considered a great little store. The Chester location has more items, though the Westwood store is slightly cleaner, but both are good options for shopping.
The store has unbeatable prices for everyday essentials. Food, gifts, decor and more. Staff are welcoming and make checkout a breeze.
