North Shore Campground is a clean and well-maintained camping area located near Lassen National Park, making it a convenient choice for visitors exploring the region. The campground offers a variety of amenities, including water-front sites, a playground for kids, a boat launch, and a small store that provides food, drinks, and essentials. It is dog-friendly, and visitors do not face extra charges for pets. The campground has a friendly, helpful staff that goes out of their way to assist guests, from helping with leveling RVs to providing extra blocks or extension cords. Many guests appreciate the beautiful scenery and the peaceful atmosphere, especially in the mornings, although it can be windy in the afternoons and the area is quite dark at night. Facilities include a token-operated, heated shower room, though the single bathhouse has seen better days. There are both short-term and long-term sites, with some seasonal campers making it their second home. The campground is popular on weekends, with many campers and tent sites located near the water. For entertainment, there is a playground and even a small on-site library. Cell service is good, although Wi-Fi is not available. Visitors value Peggy and her team for their excellent customer service, and many plan to return, appreciating the friendly environment, scenic views, and well-kept grounds.

All right place. Many RV is here for long time and looks less like an respite park. But was okay. Water lever was really low as well.

4 ⭐️for convenienceNo Wi-Fi but good cell service. Half of the sites are long term seasonal folks who clearly make it their home away…Convenient for Lassen Nat Park 45 minutes away.Only one bathhouse which has seen better days.Very dark at night.
