About 2 years go, I had them install 8 windows in my house and they all leak air and some of them you hear the wind whistling threw very poor craftsmanship. We have moisture showing up in the windows. It does not appear that none of the windows were installed properly!

Just wanted to take a quick picture in the parking lot and we were immediately asked to leave. Not cool considering they only run by appointments so their parking lot was empty.

***UPDATE**** They sued us in small claims after we asked them to leave our house. Well court happened, the judge lectured Peterson Glass for their behavior and awarded us the win. They were operating illegally and did not install even one window correctly. Again use Miller Glass or Lasher out of Chico.

Have used Peterson glass a couple of times. First for standing shower door in main bathroom a couple of years ago and just today for the master bathroom enclosure. Excellent work on both occasions and Jason knows his stuff when it comes to glass. Both jobs were difficult due to odd size doors and uneven surfaces you find in some of the cabins at the lake, however Jason had no problem making both projects look awesome. Communication with the office easy and Jason is always on time and on budget. If you need glass work done look no further than Peterson glass.

I waited for 4 months to post a review on Peterson Glass as I wanted to give a good review. I asked Jason multiple times over that period to come out and caulk the windows we found to be not caulked. His answer was always "We will be there!" The last time he seemed perturbed that I would ask him to finish the job! Am done! Do NOT buy your windows from this company! Sad that they seem to be all about new business and ZERO about follow through and support!
