The employees don't know how to count. The business is cluttered. You don't get time to get your reward points or use them. No garbage can. No customer service. This place also just got busted by a customer with stealing money from EBT and other cards with their card scanner.

The guy who works afternoons with the shaved head sucks, he is always on his phone, doesnt look up or say anything, and acts like checking you out is the biggest inconvenience to him. I was just there and literally waited a minute before he looked up from his phone, proceeded to ignore me, and then another employee came to check me out. Everyone else there is chill though

The ATM went out of order during my cash withdrawal of $200! I was robbed. I approached a clerk about the problem and immediately she said it's none of their business and the ATM does not belong to the store and has nothing to do with the owner. But it's in your store with 7-11 ads running on it, gimme a break, what a bunch of bull. I had this happen at the same Chico Walnut Street location a couple years ago for a smaller amount and at least that time the money wasn't debited from my checking account. This time they stole my $200 cash and claim ignorance to the workings of the ATM in their own store. Now I have to go through a whole dispute process with my bank while they conduct their investigation to recover my $200. I don't know if I'm going to get it back? You can see the time and date info in the file names I downloaded from my phone in the images. On April 19 at 10:21 (see receipt) I entered my card and PIN number then selected $200 cash, then the reader flashed green, said take your card, which is normal procedure as I removed my card from the reader, then it made weird sounds, did not dispense my cash, and then crashed and robbed me. Then a little before 10:24am the screen went blank, still no money, then a Microsoft Windows screen showed, followed by the Out Of Order screen you see finally appearing. It was down for about 27 minutes as I hoped it would eventually dispense my cash. You can see the Application Starting image at 10:48. Then it printed my receipt and still did not dispense my cash. Notice how my receipt printed out with the words "Test Printing OK" on the bottom. Those words wouldn't be there during a normal transaction receipt. For sure I won't ever go into a 7-11 again for the rest of my life.

The people are a little weird at night but the customer service is above and beyond! Those guys need a raise for sure. I've never felt like they could have done more for me when leaving that store! And their pizza is amazing. Great price and they cook it in that machine that one could only describe it as magic! Awesome tasty hot perfectly cooked in 5 minutes for 7.99!!!!! Oh and at any time of the night! How can you beat that? You can't!

tbh i give this 7/11 a 0. my bf went here around 1 am and an Arabic man (around his 20s or 30s with a beard) that works there didn’t ring him up. He would just stare at my bf while my bf rang himself up because the guy wouldn’t do it. There was also a huge line and instead of helping my bf the worker just helped the other customers.

Would give 0. Saw roaches running across the inside of the hot food case and one of the employees grabbing food without gloves after taking gum out of her mouth. My friend tried to get a coffee and it was like warm and black bits came out of the spout first DISGUSTING.

Extremely rude customer service. The young man working this morning scolded and shouted at me for not stacking my coins/quarters and organizing them in to dollars and then continued to tell me that I don't know how to pay with change. Sorry I don't usually pay with loose coins from my car. I was nice enough to separate them by denominations and was even paying the exact amount. Guy was very angry at me for a simple misunderstanding.
