Through no fault of A-1, Fedex lost a package I had sent. After wasting god knows how long on hold with Fedex, they finally told me I needed to work thru the shipper I used.That's when the story goes from Garbage to HALLELUJAH!!!!Chris and crew over at A-1 took care of literally everything from there. They got pictures and information for the claim and kept me up to date on everything. Seriously I was nearly in tears with frustration trying to ship my package and then get re-imbursed for the lost item. A-1 went above and beyond to help me with Fedex and my packages.I also learned they make copies! WAY better than having to go to the kinkos office! WAY less expensive too. I'll always use A-1 for my shipping and printing needs from here on out!!!

We paid postal station $200 to overnight a package and they lost it and Chris the owner was so rude to us. We had to drive down to the postal station to get more information because Chris kept hanging up on us. Go to fed ex in the next shopping center next door they are so much more friendly. This guys Chris is so mean. I can’t believe he’s the owner. We’re out our $200 and not even an apology and no compassion. Chris the owner gets your money and that’s all he cares about. This is the first and last time we do business with Chris and postal station. He took our money and lost our package.
