Respectful and understanding people own & run AB Self Storage. Some personal trouble over the last 4 months has prevented me from always paying my bill on time.They don't make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed when this happens, they're decent people.The facility is clean and secure.A+#1AB is the best self storage in Chico.

My parents have had units at this place for 17+ years. it is a family-owned business, and has had the same owners the whole time I've known them. They're very professional and polite while keeping a homey feel in the office. CJs diner is delicious!
