I've rented multiple units over the years for both business & personal reasons and this company provides the best interest of the customer BY FAR!
They have the lowest and most affordable prices anywhere! Their customer service is always in the best interest of the customer, and you can reach a real live person if you prefer, for property info, questions etc. and even to make a payments!
If you're in need of finding somewhere to store your items and also have peace of mind, this place is rightous! I highly recommend this company!

I have been using one unit for many years. When Airport Storage was taken over by a new Company, the rental skyrocket to more than a half of what my original rental cost. I have Storage Rental at another local Facility and my monthly rental did not increase at the level it did at this rental facility. I went through several of the reviews and I have to agree with what those that shared the similar negative of the facility. I vacated my space half way through the month and I was not told I would be reimbursed half of my non use of the space. That was part of the reviews complaints. The other reviews only identifies that the Facility is interested in money not the interest of proper business.

The front office lady is extremely friendly and helpful! The unit was nice, everything was clean and well maintained. A very good experience.

very helpful, caring, easy to rent a storage and reasonably priced. Great location and secure gated with code entry (with an app you can open gate to enter as you approach facility) and manager lives onsite.

Garbage. This place “lost me in the system” after I was there for 2 years and sold my unit with $70,000 worth of my tools. That’s how I make a living. I’m in shock I can’t believe they can get away with this and act like it’s nothing.

The people at airport storage have been great and helpful. My only issue is I made my reservation online and then confirmed it and the rate to do it online was 99$ but now I am paying 110$ not sure why that is I have the reservation that say 99$. Like I said they have been great at the facility and I am sure don’t have anything to do with the pricing online.
