I brought my 13 inch iPad Pro to All N 1 Cellular to have a new charging port put in it. It wouldn’t take a charge, and it was completely out of battery. It took two days to get the part and he put it in PERFECTLY in another day. I happen to know that replacing that is a delicate procedure because I watched a couple of videos on how to do it. I knew that I certainly wasn’t going to try to take the screen off of my iPad. You need special equipment and to have at least seen it done. His work was exceptional, and he managed to save the screen protector! Can’t say enough good things.

If you haven't been here you may wonder how they stay in business with a Cricket corporate store in the same shopping center. It's because you actually get knowledgeable, helpful service, directly dealing with someone who is an expert, not some roll-of-the-dice likely untrained customer service person who has an attitude and is pissed off before you even speak. Coming here once often saves me hours and hours being passed around on phone customer service with wireless providers to customer service reps who don't understand the actual technology or how cell service actually works. What sets David apart is his calm demeanor--not anyone can do the job he is doing. Half the time I have been there there are other people being helped, but I have never waited long.

Fantastic customer service! My daughter and her puppy royally messed up her iPhone on Christmas Day. The screen was shattered and half of it was black and unresponsive. We were thinking we would have to spend hundreds of dollars to replace it but figured we would look up phone repair shops on Yelp on a whim. David was the only company to message me back and quoted me a reasonable price to fix the phone. We dropped it off and picked it up the same day looking brand new and working perfectly. We were so relieved and grateful to have the phone fixed for a fraction of the price of a new phone. We will always use David in the future rather than rushing out to buy a new phone. Thank you so much!
