“I've loved living here. They're very accommodating at the front office. The neighborhood is very refreshing. They do a great job matching roommates, and encouraging cohesive behavior. Management wants to cultivate a family-like relationship between itself and its residents. Roberto is the best person to have looking out for you. Timothy is approachable and helpful. Carlos has always been generous and a great personality to have on the property. Aiden is extremely personable, agreeable, yet professional. The employee-residents Ive met are great, Allen and Quinn. Ownership is often around and engaged in the goings-on, so this is not at all the type of place where the ownership and management are two distant entities.”
“Under Ms. Vera’s management I’ve had no issues with this apartment complex. First time renter and she was super helpful and accommodating to make sure the move in process was easy. Pet friendly, the location is great, neighbors are friendly, and I feel safe enough to take my dog out even at midnight. I love using the clubhouse gym and I can’t wait for new pool/spa renovation to be done.”

“Creekside was a great experience to live at, the apartment was a good size to fit four people and has enough storage for everyone’s belongings. Getting maintenance was easy to access and they helped as soon as they could. Towards the end we were worried about the security deposit cause we heard people do not get the full deposit back. But we got our whole deposit back. Those who complain about not getting it back definitely had reasoning as to why, probably because they were disrespectful to the complex and caused damage.”
“The whole application process was very fast and easy. Staff are very welcoming. The apartments, depending on which one you choose, have a gate surrounding them so you don’t have to worry about random people coming in. Your car parking pass is free. Apartments are relatively clean when you move in. Obviously they aren’t the best looking apartment every, but for being a college student I think it’s good enough for me.”
“Lived here 2 months so far so good . On site managers are really nice. The only complaint is the tiny hot water tank lol it’s dishes or shower pick ur poison or spread it out lol other wise residents are friendly it is quite. Once in awhile u get a crazy person walking by screaming . Love the area so close to down town u can walk to banks, stores, Restaurants Love it .”
“This is a really great place and very reasonable. The meals are such a bonus. The rooms are very large. The staff is responsive.
The building is well maintained. The only thing I didn't like was that when you ask about the rate the response is very deceiving. They give you an amount, but don't tell you that amount is for 12 months. Yes, I know I should have read the contract more thoroughly, but I was signing digitally and reading over a cell phone in very small print.”
“Your experience with Everett will be a reflection of you as a tenant. If you follow your lease, you'll never have an issue. You'll get a VERY fair return on your deposit.BUT if you decide to throw ragers, trash the place, never file maintenance requests, and break the lease? Ho boy, you'll have a miserable time and not get a cent back from your deposit. It's amazing what people will do and then get all surprised when it bites them in the butt.I lived at College Park Plaza for five and a half years. Everett was always kind and helpful. The managers and maintenance were always amazing, always doing their best to help me.Just don't email Everett, they'll never answer. Just call.”
“I had a great experience touring the property with Kylee. She was incredibly attentive, informative, and made sure all my questions were answered. Her friendly and professional demeanor made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciated the time she took to explain everything clearly—definitely a great first impression of the property and management!”
