“I absolutely love my apt here at Cedar Flats! The staff has been amazing a so attentive to my needs. I really enjoy the grounds here and everyone is so nice. I really feel like I found my perfect home finally!! I have lived at several different apt communities through out my years of being a travelling nurse, but this place has made it so comfortable for me, especially being new to this area. I had one minor work order after move in and the maintenance guy was here so quickly and super friendly. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live. :)”

“Under Ms. Vera’s management I’ve had no issues with this apartment complex. First time renter and she was super helpful and accommodating to make sure the move in process was easy. Pet friendly, the location is great, neighbors are friendly, and I feel safe enough to take my dog out even at midnight. I love using the clubhouse gym and I can’t wait for new pool/spa renovation to be done.”

“Lived here 2 months so far so good . On site managers are really nice. The only complaint is the tiny hot water tank lol it’s dishes or shower pick ur poison or spread it out lol other wise residents are friendly it is quite. Once in awhile u get a crazy person walking by screaming . Love the area so close to down town u can walk to banks, stores, Restaurants Love it .”

“Honestly, these apartments were extremely flexible with anything you needed assistance with! I did not realize until I moved how horrible apartment management can be to you! Timber Creek staff were beyond excellent and always exceeded my expectations whether it be a maintenance request or assistance with billing, lease, etc. Kelcie Fields was AMAZING. I lived in apartment 92 for 10 months and I only moved because I relocated to Sacramento! I now go to Sacramento, State University, and I also live in a similar set up student housing and they absolutely could care less about your leasing problems. Their staff is unprofessional, and seriously have zero regard for anything except for charging you as MUCH as they can. Very grateful for the timber Creek experience! Also Shout out to Ruby who got me my apartment in September of 2022 (don’t think she works here anymore :,( ❤️❤️ last thing i’d like to add is that these apartments are EXTREMELY affordable and really care about students paying a fair price yet getting quality amenities including FREE PARKING (amazing!!)”

“Your experience with Everett will be a reflection of you as a tenant.If you follow your lease, you'll never have an issue. You'll get a VERY fair return on your deposit.BUT if you decide to throw ragers, trash the place, never file maintenance requests, and break the lease? Ho boy, you'll have a miserable time and not get a cent back from your deposit. It's amazing what people will do and then get all surprised when it bites them in the butt.I lived at College Park Plaza for five and a half years. Everett was always kind and helpful. The managers and maintenance were always amazing, always doing their best to help me.Just don't email Everett, they'll never answer. Just call.”

“Our son lived at Creekside for the 2022-2023 school year and had a fabulous experience! The property is secure, clean and very well maintained. The manager, Todd, was always easy to reach, responded quickly to all of our questions and made the entire experience great from start to finish of our son's lease. Todd and the rest of the management team know how to relate well to the college kids living there with reasonable expectations all while maintaining a safe and fun environment. We HIGHLY recommend Creekside!”
