“The property has a lot of walking green space and is very peaceful to live at. The units are nicely renovated with plenty of space, grounds are almost always cleaned and well maintained. The parking is all on the outside of the property so you do need to walk a little sometimes to get to your unit, however this makes the greenways between the units much quieter and safer to stroll through.”
“The property is well maintained, the community feels welcoming, and any issues I’ve had have been handled quickly and professionally. Something that has really stood out to me is how friendly and helpful the front office is. Specifically, Michaela has been especially responsive and welcoming throughout my time here. She always takes the time to answer any questions and ensure everything runs smoothly. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live with a supportive management team!”
“Lived here for 8 years. I've always had any problems solved by management. Maintenance team is awesome! Some managers in the past were neglectful as some reviews say, but in recent years the team is responsive and takes care of business promptly and professionally. Always had up to date appliances, new windows, flooring, a/c replaced promptly. And new bbq upon request. They've treated me really well here. Its safe and affordable. Great place to live in my opinion.”

“Lived here 2 months so far so good . On site managers are really nice. The only complaint is the tiny hot water tank lol it’s dishes or shower pick ur poison or spread it out lol other wise residents are friendly it is quite. Once in awhile u get a crazy person walking by screaming . Love the area so close to down town u can walk to banks, stores, Restaurants Love it .”

“Your experience with Everett will be a reflection of you as a tenant.If you follow your lease, you'll never have an issue. You'll get a VERY fair return on your deposit.BUT if you decide to throw ragers, trash the place, never file maintenance requests, and break the lease? Ho boy, you'll have a miserable time and not get a cent back from your deposit. It's amazing what people will do and then get all surprised when it bites them in the butt.I lived at College Park Plaza for five and a half years. Everett was always kind and helpful. The managers and maintenance were always amazing, always doing their best to help me.Just don't email Everett, they'll never answer. Just call.”
