I had never heard of this place before - they were recommended by my PA when i complained that a medication i need would cost around $400 for a 3 month supply. They charged $66 for a 3 month supply. Im a big fan of this place!

Super pleased with how dedicated this pharmacy is to their customer. I feel like they really care, have the customer as their priority. They definitely have earned their fine reputation; I highly recommend them!

When Apothecary Options opened years ago I was one of their first customers. They were wonderful, informed and caring professionals. The fellow who bought their business is not nearly of the same high caliber. When things became confusedI went down to talk with them during business hours, when they were open. The door was locked but they could be clearly seen through the window, just sitting there. I did what anyone would do and knocked on the window. Zero response. Finally a young man, identifying as the new owner, came out and smirked, saying that they would no longer serve me. I was hurt and flabbergasted. Aware of what the original owners went through to create this community service; I was broken-hearted as well as being personally insulted and beyond inconvenienced with my health placed at risk. There was no legitimate reason to do this. The original owner’s intention was to serve our community. I’m sure had they known what this guy would do to their wonderful establishment they would have found someone else. I know they must be sick at heart to see what he did. They spent years of effort to provide help to our community. I miss them and sorely wish they were back.In reply to your response I have to ask: I can submit my prescriptions to you and you “will” fill them without rudeness or maliciousness??? And yes, you certainly did refuse to serve me; giving me names of other establishments when you did. I would expect to be treated with as much politeness and respect as anyone else.

I am beyond grateful and thrilled with both my consultation and the recommended compound. It hits the pain at the level I was seeking! Thank you simply isn’t enough for the level of care and results I’ve received. It’s about quality of life and I can honestly say the compound I received is a blessing! Thanks again, patient and customer for LIFE! Edited ; the staff was so great on the phone with my questions and when I I tried to over pay ( dumb mistake on my part ) , the honesty of the staff was not lost on me . and neither was my money thanks to them !!!! Thanks

Always so helpful when you need a compounding pharmacy. They even call you to see if you need a refill when you are getting close. Be prepared tho...you cannot go in for pick up.

Customer service are two words that are not in the vocabulary of anyone at this place. They are unfeeling, avoided any personal contact, and may actually be androids. I’ve never delt with folks who are more unhappy to be alive and their attitude towards customers shows it. Thanks for making me feel like I didn’t matter as a human but only as a financial transaction.EDIT: received a call from the pharmacist and he couldn’t have been a nicer human! My first impression was completely wrong. I am actually looking forward to giving them a second chance.

A situation took place yesterday that caused poor customer service and lack of empathy from Apothecary Options. However, I can’t be certain if it was my Veterinarian’s office or Apothecary Options that caused the break in communication to take place. Therefore, after speaking with the owner, Danny, and receiving an apology, I’m revising my previous 1 star review. Although, the commutation and lack of empathy yesterday was upsetting, I was able to get my pet’s antibiotics quickly — for that I’m very grateful.

I have been very pleased with the compounded medicines from Apothecary Options! The product is wonderful and I receive it by mail very quickly. They are professional, helpful and have great customer service!

I highly recommend Apothecary Options for quality medications. If you're not able to find a pharmacy that sells the medication you need, or your body doesn't like synthetic meds, Apothecary Options is a good place to get them. They will have them ready in a short amount of time, and the pharmacist and staff are friendly and reliable.

Every time I have contacted them for a refill or with questions, they have been very responsive either contacting the doctor's office or in answering questions. I can trust them to do what they say they will do in the time frame they promise. They are easy to work with. Katherine Parks
