THE worst service I have ever received. The manager, Roger, apparently comes and goes as he pleases or is never there. Moving a mountain is easier than getting in touch with him. Leaves his employees clueless to fend for themselves (I feel sorry for them). Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

I am having problems with password for my phone ,an absolute awesome lady customer totally did my phone a fast zoom through , she got my phone to where I needed to go to, I left without having to wait, I love people like her.

We had amazing experience. We have been putting off getting new phones for months because it is usually a long exhausting process we dread. This visit was totally different we had the pleasure of dealing with Sok what a treasure AT&T has with Sok working at their store. He is a wealth of knowledge and a great personality!! He went above and beyond for us transferring old phones to new phones and guiding us on what accessories we would need going forward. 5 star service the entire visit!!

We signed up for FirstNet 4-5 months ago. Our accounts have been messed up from the first day despite multiple visits and phone calls. We finally gave up. My wife still cannot log into her online account. To top it off when we bought our phones and screen protectors we were told that we could come back anytime if the screen protector is cracked and get a free replacement. We came in yesterday and were told that there was no record of that order and they would not honor it.

Horrible At&t has been. I never signed up for internet service or authorized my permission to start up service and after refusing service multiple times to the manager at at&t and I still received a box that I returned the next day and since then I'm received two bills and customer service has done nothing but give me the run around. It's been a nightmare. After I'm done dealing with all of this, I'll be moving my cell phone service elsewhere.

You know I thought about writing a review about the horrible, horrible servicei received from the ATT store on 20th. Their employees, Jose Ayala and Manager Roger are the worst. There is no accountability, no follow through and will do and say anything for a sale. The service we received was a complete joke. If you have to deal with ATT I strongly suggest that you go to the store on Mangrove. They were quite helpful. I am not going to say all the things said and not done by these employees, but just know that what they say and what they do are completely different from what they are telling you.

Jeff was really helpful and patient. I have as upgrading two phones, purchasing a smart watch and changing plans. He was informative and thorough. They had everything I wanted in stock except for one phone which I received via UPS within 36 hours! Highly recommend the Chico store by Target on 20th street over the on by Safeway on Mangrove. Wayyyy more helpful and knowledgeable!

My husband and J had issues with our Direct TV and home phone. We had to go to the corporate store to help figure out the problem because we couldn't remember our 4 digit code. The associates were all so friendly and patient and we walked out everything fixed and got a great deal on our WiFi. Thank you to the young man who helped us and his trainee. :)

If I could leave a no star I would. My husband and I went in to purchase a new phone and transfer our old phone to the new phone that was being purchased. The boy who helped us, last name Salavador, did not help us transfer anything. He got the new phone, rang it up, swiped our card and told us to go home and put the phones next to each other and they'll do it themselves. That may be, but last time we transferred data that way, we ran into a problem and needed help and ended up back in the store. If it's that easy, why couldn't he start the process there, just incase something did happen. As he was ringing us up, as fast as he did, he answered a personal phone call and was chatting with a friend of his. This isn't the first time we've been in there and customer service has been horrible.

Went in to ask for help with my ATT home internet and landline (the bill). They told me they only deal with cell phones and cell phone bills. So I called Customer service and it got disconnected. Called back and operator said I could be reimbursed for installation fees since my home burned in the Campfire, but the tech in Tulsa said he saw no provision for that.The day they came and installed internet and activated landline, told me bill would be about 179.00. Bill in reality is 227.00 plus tax and fees for internet, landline and wifi. Plus, I have never been able to get the internet on my desktop for a month, just laptop. Tech support said call Microsoft."ATT. We don't care, we don't have to."
