I had my daughters 7th birthday party at Athletic Horizons recently and did not have the experience we were hoping for. The party included two staff members to "run" the party. The staff were very unfriendly and acted as if we were a burden the entire party. They seemed very unhappy to be there. Very minimal interaction with the children or the parents the majority of the party but when they did interact they were extremely short with no personality, one parent even described one of them as rude to the kids. Shocking to be working with kids when its very apparent that kids bother you. The gym was silent but when asked if they would turn on music they stated it was on, just turned down, and they will turn it up when the kids are on the gym floor only, not when they were eating pizza. The kids were limited the entire party on where they could be and what they could play on, restricted to the "toddler area" for half of the party when the guests were 7-9 years old. They were only allowed "open gym" to play for the last 5 minutes of the party which gave them access to the whole gym. I feel like for this age group, they should have had access to the whole gym the entire party. Very unfortunate because the gym had so much potential to be an awesome bday party spot. I would not recommend booking your bday party here.

Friendly staff here, but I had higher hopes for their toddler program and unfortunately they missed the mark. The teacher was very nice and energetic, but it felt as though all they did each class was run through their obstacle course over and over. I guess it depends on what you're looking for, if you're looking for a place to just have your kiddos get their wiggles out in a semi-structured manner this could be a good option, but if you're looking for actual instruction I don't think that really comes in until they're older. Also, something to note, if you're signing your child up for the toddler program they will need a parent or guardian in class with them at all times.

From the moment we walked into the building the women at the desk were very rude. We didn't stay for the class because everyone had such a bad attitude and were so hostile about my child wearing a mask.

Rude manager! They kicked my 3 yr old out of his class cause of a little potty accident not even on their equipment but on the cement floor! Place is dirty and falling apart. Not worth the price you pay. Coach Tina was great but she's the only great thing about that place.

We really enjoy going to the tot time during the week. It is nice because it's drop in so you can fit it in when it works for you. The class times are usually 9 or 9:30 m-f except Thursday's. The did increase the price from 7 to 10 dollars but if you buy the 10 session card you get a good deal

Athletic horizons has always been wonderful to our family. Our daughter goes weekly for gymnastics and we've done three birthday parties there. We have our fourth party coming up and I mistakenly wrote the wrong time on all the birthday invites. Athletic horizons bent over backwards to fix my mistake. They changed our time and asked coaches to come in a bit later. Thank you Athletic Horizons for the awesome customer service!

This is the best gym in Northern California. The owners are very sweet and the gym has produced national champions.

Came her for the first time for Fantastic Friday's and my two year old LOVED it. She ran around like crazy, jumped all over the place, and picked up some ladder climbing skills.
