I'm rating this store 1 star, but if I could do 0 stars I would because of the service I received. I was charged for an additional line by Justin, resulting in an unauthorized charge to my bill. I was never explained that this line would cost additional money, it only seemed like an extra perk to the deal because I am a healthcare provider. I had to go back to the store and press to talk to a manager, I was told he would call me back but 3 hours later I had to reach out again. It felt like an extreme waste of my time and I ended up having to call customer service who was very nice and helpful. They solved the problem easily. Extremely dissatisfied with the management and service of this store.

Dustin gave me a great customer service experience, showing me all of my options, explaining them clearly and the cost that followed. I walked out with exactly what I needed and even a new watch that was recommended and I love it. I will always recommend everyone to go to this store for any help.

Justin is PHENOMENAL! Swapped an iphone 15pro for max online and ATT customer care reps failed to email the prepaid label after having spent hours on the phone on hold. Anywhoo, went into the Mangrove ATT location and Justin not only got it figured out, but was so gracious to print the label out for me. You rock!! Certainly recommend this location! ?

Elvin was very kind and helpful! Got in and out in no time flat. Recommend going here if you need to visit an AT&T store for any reason.

Elver was a HUGE help to me today with my business accounts. He was very patient, answered my questions and went above and beyond to help me when I was “ghosted” by the AT&T operator. Highly recommend this location and especially Elver to assist you.

Extremely happy with service we received. Best AT&T store we've ever been to. Very knowledgeable about their products and very helpful getting everything setup. We will definitely be using them for any future purchases.
