Don’t expect them to be there when they open the walk in10 minutes late, throw their cigarette next to you as they walk in the door 10 minutes after they’re supposed to be open, And then even after that, you’ll stand around, waiting for them to open the door you wait. after 30 minutes you decide to leave. Very unfortunate how unprofessional these employees were, showing up 10 minutes after they were supposed to be open , threw cigarette by The front door and still did not unlock the door for customers

Excellent customer service. I was visiting Chico and driving my Mom's car when the windshield fluid light came on. I stopped into Auto Zone, walked in and was greeted by a nice young man who helped me with what I needed. He even offered to put the fluid in the car after my purchase.
I could not thank him enough for his knowledge, professionalism and it was over 100 degrees outside and he took care of it. If you need a stellar auto parts store and want to work with someone who is personable, helpful and knowledgeable look for Brock.

Went in for oil change products. An Tyber, the sales associate helped me get everything I needed and also made sure to grab me the right items for the deals they had going on. I was very impressed because most would of let me spend the extra money. This young man went over an beyond to help, and I appreciate it.

Be careful walking in the parking lot here! I got out of my car, slipped and fell right on my face! Looked like oil or tranny fluid.I went inside to tell the employee, yet the older woman just looked at me with a dumb look on her face and let me know that it wasn’t her problem.I even called HQ and they were definitely no help!!!! The man who answered was not helpful whatsoever.

Shawty went above and beyond to help me. She not only found all of the items I need for my vehicle (multiple wiper blades, filters), but took extra time teaching me how to remove the old and install the new. Talked me through everything I need for an upcoming road trip and answered my many questions. Will absolutely be back at this location because of her help and service!
