We were referred by a friend to Continental Battery Systems and they did not disappoint! They were accommodating, efficient, friendly and fairly priced for a new battery. I won’t go anywhere else for our battery needs!

Very competitive price for S6 L16-SC Rolls Surrette battery. Courteous and fast service and they put the battery in my car for me. Since each battery weighs 125 pounds that is helpful.

Marcos was very courteous and professional when I pulled in to have my car battery replaced. He tested the battery and alternator before any work, provided a written quote and, upon my approval, installed a new battery for our Lexus and had us back on the road in 20 minutes from start to finish. I highly recommend Battery Systems for their selection and service. They have a clean shop and are conveniently located with lots of parking. When I need another new battery, I'm heading over to Battery Systems.

I purchased a Odyssey battery from an online retailer that went bad. Turns out the battery was older than it should have been when they sold it to me. Battery Systems tried to help me every way they could. Turn out the battery was still under warranty so they replaced it. Now I had a battery that I had purchased from Battery Systems and a warranty battery. Battery Systems refunded my money for the battery they had sold me. They didn't have to do this. This wasn't their mess. If I knew they sold Odyssey batteries I would have purchased from them in the first place

This place is the best spot to go in Chico for anything car battery related. I didn't realize until I got there that they can test alternators as well as your battery. They were able to determine that my battery was going bad and although I didn't buy a replacement from them as my battery was under warranty from a different shop I'm definitely going back to Battery Systems for future purchases and help. Thank you so much Battery Systems of Chico!

I wound up here when my Subaru's original battery suddenly gave up the ghost on a chilly winter morning. I got it jumped and drove straight over on the recommendation of a family member. Two employees met me in the service bay as soon as I pulled in, and had the old battery tested, removed, and replaced in under 20 minutes. Service was straightforward, professional, and friendly. No frills, no up-selling, and no mysterious charges. As a woman, I always appreciate it when an auto service center treats me with the same respect and honesty that any other customer would receive. Thanks to the positive first experience, I'll definitely return for any battery needs in future!
