There’s good and bad about Best Buy they do have good products most of the time they got good customer service I purchase a computer I believe was like 800 bucks it was a Workmen’s Comp. case but the part you do not trust his gig squad, they add that security stuff to your computer a year later they charge my card again for $41 without my consent it’s just like HP ink they keep charging your card five dollars every month but Best Buy is jumping on the wagon to cheat the customers so I had to call Citibank and tell him I did not authorize that so the fraud department is working on it to get the charges reversed, so yes, Best Buy does steal your money. Sorry to say don’t trust them

I live out of town so I called the chico california best buy to see if they had a screen protector available for my tab s9 I recently purchased since the website said they were out of stock, the guy on the phone said they had them on the shelf and he checked personally. I get over here 30 minutes, 22 miles later and the store tells me they're out of stock and could order / ship me one within the next few days. That's unfortunate that they lied to me over the phone so anyone else beware. Don't give this place your business or any other best buy for that matter. I could've easily ordered one from the website myself to be shipped but I wanted one the same day. This place absolutely sucks.

Update from a stars-only first review: I was greeted as I came in, asked what I needed and directed to the area. Though I was told someone would meet me, nobody did. I found my item, checked out and left. While the store seems to have lots of signs, it seems visually busy and difficult to find things. It seems they didn't carry all that many SKUs so they could expand their geek squad area which was hopping. 4 Star review stands

This place is awesome! We got an amazing espresso machine from here. I went in and said which one i wanted to order and the guy was very helpful and fast and it was on my doorstep in 2 days! There very helpful and friendly at this location! thankyou so much guys for everything!!

Went there to buy a washer and then guaranteed that the washer would be ready to be picked up on June 3rd, when I called to see if it was ready to be picked up. They said no, it is on back. Order. It should be ready no later than June 10th. Just saying I had already waited 7 days from the time I purchased it. To the time they said I should be able to pick it up. They guaranteed it would be there on the 3rd of June when called they then said I had to wait until the 10th of June so I canceled my order. I do not say that I should have had to wait any longer. They should have told me that at purchase time that I it was on a backwater, the lady who. Took my order guaranteed.It would be ready to be picked up on the third.That is the early reason why a purchase Was because it was going to be able to be picked up 3 days after I ordered.
