Blue Oak worked with me to find our perfect spot! We had a tight deadline for moving and it was coming down to the wire. Shannon went above and beyond to make it happen! I recommend, just getting approved with them and letting the team take over. YOU ARE IN GREAT HANDS!!!!

Sadly our experience with Blue Oak was less than ideal. Our first meeting with Michael should have been a tip off. We were left feeling that the home we were offering for rent was beneath them. After installing a new kitchen, central air and more, Blue Oak gave us their standard advice...rent for $1,950. It seems they give this same advice to all their clients as we saw other listings of theirs for exactly the same amount. Low balling instead of trying to get the most for the client.We then tried for several weeks to find out the marketing plan, activity reports or general updates on how the house was being received on the market. Every time I called during business hours no one answered. Two months later and still un-rented, we spoke with our rep. She was less than courteous.More attempts to reach Michael (they don't list their extension or cell numbers) we finally gave up and had to cancel our contract with the house empty for four months.Then we were given a bill for them not renting it.Stay away, don't fall for the sales pitch. There are plenty of companies that understand what service is but this isn't one of them.

We've have nothing but great and prompt service with any issues that have come up! We are pleased with the service we get! They've gone above and beyond! Pete was super helpful when our AC went out and installed a portable one while the issue gets fixed.

We absolutely love renting through blue oak! Any time we've had an something come up within an hour or the next day (depending if it was the weekend) they have scheduled something. The company felt friendly professional and organized, I worked with several of their employee's ; Shannon, Ariel, Hailey and Pete. Seemed standard. They take good care of their properties and was an excellent landlord to me the time I rented from them. Through the whole experience I was on the defense as the last landlord before them was the opposite but BlueOak's employees still did great. I applied for another property through them and ended up not making enough. Hailey, Shannon and Ariel were all still so kind and curteous and very professional. Will absolutely rent from from them again. Pete the maintanence man did great work on my unit never cutting corners he provides timely professional quality work. 10/10 for all of them.

My experience with this company has been aggravating, frustrating, and is still ongoing with no results. The home which I have rented for 4 years from the landowner without issue was turned over to this company for management in January 2023. I yet to have a lease that is correct. Simple things such as HVAC in the house or not, even after they have inspected the house. Garbage, water, etc. they cannot get right and repeatedly I have corrected it, discussed it, and the same thing is given to me just on another form. Attempting to get repairs done through the applications that they are so adamant about you using is worthless. The back and forth messsaging with individuals who obviously have no idea what is needed is rediculous. I finally repaired the water heater myself with the $9.00 part that had went out. The route they wanted to take was ludicrous and would have been unnecessarily expensive for the landowner. This agency has shown itself to be friendly at the beggining, but very unprofessional, hard to get answers from, and in my opinion is the equivalent of dealing with a 5 year old. They are more interested in working remote and having applications do most of that instead of actually working. The applications will message you constantly, I have actually had to block some of the numbers as their remote apps would message as early as 2am. over 99 times. I am so fed up with this company. I have gone to the extreme of withholding rent to get a valid lease. Now they want to work , amazing. They still need to get the information correct. I will not be bullied into signing a lease that is incorrect and would legally obligate me to the rediculous conditions and additional fees they want paid to their agency. My advice to landowners take your property else where , advice to renters look through a different agency. At this time I am gearing up for a court fight and I believe they under estimate my resolve, as now they become threatening and bullying. Checking through all the reviews shows me this is not the first time they do that to individuals. In this process their unprofessionalism has also prompted me to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and I am investigating other agencys to which reports can be filed. Navigating rentals and housing can be daunting enough. No one needs the nightmare and undue stress of dealing with agencies such as Blue Oak.
