However, I would appreciate greater accuracy with appointment scheduling in the future. When I arrived, the front desk staff informed me that I was early for my appointment; however, I had confirmation through the automated calendar invitation and reminder texts sent by H&R Block, which indicated that I was on time.

Even after presenting this documentation, I was told that “if you’re lucky, we can see you early,” which felt dismissive. In situations like this, it would be more appropriate to acknowledge the discrepancy and reassure the client that efforts will be made to resolve it.

As a working parent, coordinating appointments requires significant planning and effort. I ask that staff be especially mindful of this moving forward and prioritize clear communication and respectful customer service.”
