I had an unpleasant experience with a employee the name was chayce and he was really rude and didn’t sound like he wanted to help me out and I heard him being rude to other employees which is not right I hope something gets done about this by the manager or will be emailing district, Thank you, good note the front cashier ladies were really sweet.

On March 29th, 2024 at this location and Chico there was a young lady who claimed i was being racist and went to her manager and all I said was she had Hispanic flair and what she was wearing. I don't see how that was racist. I spent a lot of money at different locations and this was the first time I was treated so poorly. I will never go back to this location again

We bought a Hawx hoodie at the Chico boot barn. When we tried to remove the tag we noticed that they had covered the original price with a higher price tag. They inflated it by$10. So deceiving to us consumers. So sad!!

I had a ankle injury on June 16th and one ankle is bigger than the other one and what they were doing for me was great for sure they were willing to give me two different sizes but with awesome help from a wonderful young man l went home only having to buy one pair of boots l was prepared to buy two

Bought boots lasted 2 weeks then soles started coming apart. Called bootbarn they said they would warranty , but got there an they said there is a chip missing from the bottom. an they couldn't warranty, but could give me 20% off buying a new pair of $200 boots ??

Me and my daughter's went in here to buy a pair of pants for her quinceanera. I have never been so uncomfortable in a store in my life.I walked away from my daughters for 2 seconds,One daughter is Mexican and the other one is black and when I come back there's three store attendants standing around. them watching them like they're going to steal something.then I mentioned it to my kid's dad and I told him like I work in a store so I know exactly what they're doing,they think we're going to steal. they were like just standing around us padding the pants like they were doing something but they really weren't. I will never shop here again.I bought the pants and then I brought them back.I made a complaint and I think it is absolutely ridiculous there to me.I know why they were doing it they are racist and I will be shopping at diamond Western Wear from now on.

This is my go-to place for fun clothes! I love the selection of clothes and western boots, from ranch workwear to dressy and festive options. We have always received cheerful, helpful service from the staff both with purchases and returns.

This store has a "horrible" store return policy. They make it as difficult as possible for people to return items that don't fit properly. They want you to order items on their kiosk and then if that doesn't fit correctly they will only send a gift card in the mail rather than letting you just choose another item in store. I will NEVER buy another gift here for my family. They lost a lot of business. They may not care, but the community cares.
