“As someone who used to work holidays at the flower shop, I usually am much more prepared for Mother’s Day and order in advance. Mother’s Day snuck up on me this year so when I called the Saturday before, I was honestly expecting chaos. I was then met with one of the best customer experiences I could have asked for. The woman was efficient and incredibly sweet for how busy their shop sounded. They picked up the phone immediately every time I called (DAY BEFORE MOTHERS DAY) ensured me my order was being taken care of. When my card was rejected, she took my order anyway, made sure it was delivered and told me not even to worry about getting correct card info until I was able. Genuinely such a sweet and kind person. And the arrangements they make are lovely and priced very reasonably. (coming from someone who also arranged flowers)
