I went into this pawn shop with my 10 year old son to look for video game stuff that we might want to purchase. I am immune compromised and therefore, myself, my wife, and my son all have to be diligent about wearing masks, washing hands, wearing gloves, and social distancing wherever we go. If we fail, I will get sick and either end up in the hospital, die, or both. My son and I don't get out very much, so it's kinda special if and when we do. After being in this pawn shop for a very short amount of time, some woman cashier told us that we are not allowed to wear masks in this pawn shop. I told her that I am immune compromised and have to wear a mask everywhere (I wear n95 masks only, and my son wears n95 mask in child sizes, and also, we were wearing matching hats). I'm an overweight 55 year old, out shopping for video games with his son, we are not a security threat to anyone. But this woman told us we had to leave. I'm pretty sure that was illegal and violates several laws that protect the disabled and those with medical conditions... I'm not about to waste my time suing a holes like this... But I will post an honest review about the discrimination I received. I have been immune compromised for 17 years, this is the first time anyone from anywhere has ever told me I cannot wear a medical mask. This place sucks.

Worked in radio for a long time and finally needed to let go of some equipment I used back in 2006 (when people still listened), ended up getting a lot more than I would have gotten trying to just sell it on Craigslist, thank you for helping. Gonna miss my mixing boards but they're off to a better home

I take all my jewelry here for repair. They’re honest, fast and very affordable. I’ve made a few purchases too. I highly recommend them. So great to work with.

Bought a beautiful marquis diamond ring from this place back in January. The folks that helped us were very nice and not pushy. They ended up resizing the ring for me and appraising it for insurance purposes all without charge! Would definitely buy from them again.

I had 4 rings I pawned- wound up not able to just pay off pawn to get them back- As the loan came due, I was able to pay off the interest to "re-pawn" all rings until I was in a position to spare the cost to get my rings back. Wound up going about a year and a halfdoing this- partly because of financial struggle and partly because it gave me all the more excuse to go in to check out what all else they have. Wound up not only getting my rings back, but also wound up buying a white gold ring with a pearl the same day I got my rings back. Had the push to get 'em when I was moving to Tucson, Az.....I think I need to go see what they have in stock again. Been 3 years now and back in the area. I know they have new inventory. ???

Because I can only give one star. I choose one star. This company has issues. It seems they have political motives

Was going to drop off my guitar for restringing. The previous years I dealt with a younger fellow and he always gave me a ticket receipt, when leaving my guitar. This current guy seemed put-off when I asked him for a ticket, as I was leaving my $2000 guitar. He was mumbling, while looking for something to write on, that he normally doesn't get asked for that. I am not judging his skill since I chose not to leave my guitar. However, this practice to not issue a receipt, without having to ask, should be reconsidered.
