I love Burlington! Mainly because everyone has a Big and Tall section. Prices are fair. But they all are a bit messy. I understand the influx of random brands, but it could be a bit nicer.
Home goods are great and so is the accessory selection

I waited in a long line and there was only one cashier. It's a big store so you definitely need more than one cashier. They're often run out of bags and it will stay like that for weeks. You barely see any workers in the store. The whole store looked like a mess. After seeing the store like this for months, I honestly believe that they don't wanna fix their mistakes and flaws.

This location was relatively clean however I noticed the home goods section was very small compared to other stores. You also have to PAY EXTRA if you’re using cash!! There wasn’t many home decor or shoe options but there was an abundance of clothing.

I was charged for something I didn’t even buy. The cashier put the price with her hand instead of scanning the barcode and I l realized I was over charged for something that I didn’t even purchase. I called back store and a male employee answered the call telling me he is gonna connect me to the manager but he cut the phone instead. They are thieves and steal in front of your eyes. I really don’t know if it’s the cashier stealing or the they have been trained to over charge people. I will not step in this store anymore nor I recommend anyone else. Please check your receipts and match the price if you are going to this store. I’m planning to report this issue to their headquarter since I see bad comments about store manager here.

Manager so disrespectful she doesn't know how to talk to customers she needs to get fired definitely manager so rude I don't know how she got the job she definitely knows how to swear bad words unprofessional

My experience at Burlington was truly wonderful. I found myself frustrated and lost attempting to find the perfect baby shower gift, however, a sweet young man by the name of Jacob came to my aid. This young man was so kind and sweet he went out of his way to help me find the perfect set of baby clothes in the clothing aisle. Needless to say this gift was extremely well liked, and I recieved lots of compliments, all thanks to this kind young man.
