Richard was very knowledgeable about all my options and explained them to where I could make my own decisions as to what was best for me. He worked very hard to get this process done in a timely manner. There were many bumps in the road but none were due to Richard and the NewRez team. Couldn't have had a better team working...

Richard was fantastic to deal with! He was very friendly and patient. Super quick and professional. The entire experience was very pleasant and as stress free as getting a home loan can be! I will be recommending him to anyone needing a loan!
