Well I wish I had read the reviews! Maybe these people are just in shock of how kind the owner is and also never been to a real self service car wash? The reason he gives away tokens maybe he also knows it could and should be so much better. Right away I kind of think I had a feeling that it was not going to be a good experience. Immediately after the water came on you begin to smell a mildew scent in the air from the water coming out of the hose. So I quickly turned it over to the soap side thinking this would help. I was wrong following the smell of mildew then permeates the smell of urine coming up from the drainage grate where the water drainage flows. And the whole entire time I was thinking to myself this might make my car worse. The amount of time you get for the money you spend is ridiculous when you add on top of the fact that you're only spraying God knows what on your vehicle . It smells like a dumpster full of rotten baby diapers that have been eaten by a raccoon and then thrown back up into a sewage. I think this place would definitely benefit from some kind of a biohazard cleaning . I honestly was scared to get back into my vehicle because I had stepped on the water that what's below my car. And it also crossed my mind to throw away the rag that I use to dry off the extra water from my vehicle just in case I might bring some unknown flesh eating bacteria into my car. The only upside to this place was the kind person that was working there. When I was about ready to leave and everything was said and done he handed me a free token for a free car wash . Not sure what I'm going to do with it unless it works at a different car wash I'm never going back to that place. Unless for some unknown reason I get some kind of manure stuck underneath my vehicle that I need to rinse off!

My car was so dirty from traveling Hwy 99 to the airport. Had to get rid of the bugs. Very reasonable $

Needs updated machines so you can use a credit or debit card.

They need to put signs letting people know that the soap can stain crap and I was very pissed when it stained my expensive pants

I don't have an issue with the car wash but the vaccum NEVER works and it's just throwing money away. It runs but has no suction!

This is the only place I take my car. The owner is always so friendly and nice. Love supporting small car wash businesses like this, then this is the place for you.

Vacuums have very little suction, I left before the cycle ended and went to find a different car wash & vac. Hopefully they can fix this soon.

Owen was very responsive and transparent (both with pricing and what results were realistic for my older car with water spots). He went above what was expected and had some extra time so worked on a few spots on my seats despite the job being exterior only. Clean shop. Highly recommend this place for auto detailing in Chico!!
