Owen was very responsive and transparent (both with pricing and what results were realistic for my older car with water spots). He went above what was expected and had some extra time so worked on a few spots on my seats despite the job being exterior only. Clean shop. Highly recommend this place for auto detailing in Chico!!

The guy who owns/runs this place is the nicest guy. On multiple occasions I would randomly go to insert my coins and he’s already come by and dropped some in. Best thing is he said nothing. Just doing it because he’s a good dude!!!

Self serve. You have to buy tokens to start the machine but it accepts quarters once started. Attendant on site daytimes.

I've been using this one since I was a kid, 20 + years later and I finally met the owner. He was very kind and even helped out and got to enjoy some nice good old fashion conversation with me and my wife! All around good place, great machines with a good amount of suds! With an amazing owner!!! Still my favorite spot to get a good wash!!! Thanks again for the help and good convo Jim, it was nice to meet you!!!

This place is nothing fancy, it gets your car clean, what makes this place special, is the owner, great guy, super nice, keeps the car wash clean, it's affordable. If your looking for a do it yourself car wash, this is a place to check out.

Most self car washes are the exact same. But not this one. What makes this place special is the manager. He's always there it seems. Keeping everything clean and in great condition and picked up. And he is never to busy to go the extra mile to make change for you. You can buy your tokens from the machine in any amount. But If you go to the manager to get change for a 20 or whatever so you can purchase a smaller amount of tokens he is really nice cause he seems to understand that tho I'm there splurging to wash my old car he seems to know that I'm struggling and asks me how much do I want to spend on tokens and he never fails to let me purchase tokens straight from him and he'll always throw me an extra couple. Which makes all the difference in the world for me cause I'm 67 yrs old and not able to move as quick and bend as I did when I was younger so many times after buying 5.00 worth of tokens from machine. I start out with the soap selection and then rinse and before I'm done rinsing the soap off I sometimes run out of time and water shuts off before I've completely rinsed off soap. But thanks to the manager giving me an extra couple of tokens I can always finish the rinse and then add wax. Which I'm only able to do because of the kindness and empathy of the manager.

Great place to wash your vehicles. Owner is very nice, and will even put tokens in the machine for extra minutes. The place is very well taken care of no long lines or wait times. Always good water pressure, you get 4 minutes for $2.00. Their is a machine on site to change out $1’s & $5’s to tokens. The wash selector takes tokens and quarters. The vacuums also work great they take tokens and quarters. Highly recommend.
