It's like they don't want my business. I tried to open a joint account by starting online. Neither I nor my roomie could open an account online, and it wouldn't tell us why. Then I went to one local branch and had to make an appointment for a few days out. I checked with the other branch, and they couldn't make an appointment until 10 days out. Also, they reduced the hours that they're going to be open on Saturday.

“We have no availability” - my advice would be to hire then because you have not had availability for about 3 years. I just think the managers run a lazy group of people. You shouldn’t have to schedule an appointment to be seen. and when we DID schedule an appointment 2 different times “some occurred” that made it to where the banker wasn’t available. Pathetic and lazy

Security Guard need to observe more. So I’m the only one who don’t have Chase but my siblings does. I own the car, so yes I drive them to Chase. So I parked in Chase and walked towards G1, while my siblings were walking to Chase. And security, you can’t park there. I’m like.. ugh… can’t you see that I only parked there cause of my siblings… I never park there when im alone cause I usually just park behind the car in front of G1. But yeah, I park at Chase when my siblings need a ride to Chase. And that’s when im like, okay instead of coming back, why not just go do my G1 deposit real quick while my siblings still depositing their checks as well into Chase. I’m only complaining cause I’m like dude you saw that my siblings was entering Chase, and yet you decided to come at only me who was walking towards G1. And like i say, I never park at Chase, only time is when my siblings need to go to Chase.

They seem to have someone always angry about what’s going on with their banking. I have to mention that they took the last of my money and made the account negative lol I paid what was lost and shut down my bank account after the charges were paid and not pending. The total amount lost was $45 it’s fun how the bank changes the balance and says you’re in a negative balance when you had to cover it twice.

The parking lot security guard is extremely rude. I went in to the bank through the parking lot door to do business, but went out the other door and did shopping downtown before returning to my car. The security guard approached me and accused me of pretending to have business in the bank to get free parking. Then he threatened to have my car towed the next time I park there. Other people have written about this security guard. I don’t care who he works for, he speaks for the bank, and he needs to be fired.

My complaint is the teller next to mine was waiting on a customer who had no mask on. I asked my teller why they're allowing someone inside to do transactions without a mask. He said there was nothing they could do about it and its Chase policy to not tell customers to wear masks. How are we going to stop the spread and keep people safe with this corporate attitude?
