I applied for a credit card with Chase and they wanted me to verify some information. After being on hold for 4 hours on the phone, I figured that swinging by my local branch would get everything sorted out quickly and efficiently...right? Wrong! I went into Chase and was told that no one there could help me, and was given a phone number to call. They put me into one of their offices and dialed up a number and after getting tossed from person to person I was hung up on.I walked out of the bank and was not acknowledged by anyone and there were some bankers sitting in the back just laughing and having fun (I get it was close to closing time...but still). Needless to say, this branch definitely needs to brush up on their professionalism and a potential customer.

I had a great experience at Chase today with the banker Omar Chavira. I was super impressed with his customer service and it showed that he really cared. He made sure to do everything thoroughly along with being very personable and a delight to chat with. He also gave me his card and let me know I could reach out to him if I had any questions at all. Super impressed!! :)

Overall, a pretty poor branch. The bankers rarely call or email you back. Had I known better, I would have opened my business account elsewhere and in the future, will probably change banks. I can't recommend them at all. The only good thing about them is that the online banking is easy to use. Otherwise, this has been a poor experience.

This morning, around 9:15, my wife and I went into the bank to deposit, a check and we told the person who took care of us that there were changes in our account. Chasen made an appointment with Jason at 12 :00 pm We arrived around 11:45 and they told us that she was not there and that she would soon arrive. at 12:10 we left, she never arrived. It is not possible that having I think 8 offices and they do not have enough professional people to attend to their clients. The bank needs better responsible staff, that actually care about their clients.There is only one person attending in one office and 2 employees surely gossiping in another office while Chasen attended the window. time is gold and you can't play like this, you make time and appointments are for that, to arrive at an hour and be attended to. ...????

CLEAN your ATM machine on East Ave. in Chico. It is beyond disgusting. I call their number and no one answers.

Poor customer service. Need an appointment to open up an account. If you are always so busy that you cant help customers the same day hire and train more people. Also, their atm machines are alway broken. Only reason I still bank there is it is more of a hassle to change banks. Two thumbs down.

You can't reach anyone by phone and when you go there your told you need an appointment. Poor customer service. My advise is to bank with a local credit union.

In-house experience was nice, took over 2 months to get my card even after calling after the first month of waiting to see what’s going on and they said they’ll just order me a new card. I got the Card on 2/21/22 activated it that evening and then my account got closed on 2/22/22 due to no activity? Now there is an outstanding balance I owe due to it? I was honestly going to use Chase due to it being a country wide branch but I’m just going to go with Wells Fargo.
