The cashier said my card didn't go through so I had to swipe it again. I WAS CHARGED FOR TWO SEPERATE PURCHASES!! Different amounts. I'm guessing I bought the cashier a pack of cigs before I purchased my beer! I will never go back.

I went to get gas there today and noticed a sign by their pumps saying "It's cheaper to fill up in other states" with a QR code to scan to "do something" about the amount of gas taxes we pay in California. I left without purchasing any gas. I am proud to live in California where we tax such a destructive substance as gasoline and use those funds to support mitigation of climate change and other public goods. Messaging like these signs perpetuates a worldview where personal budgetary concerns are the only thing that matters. It's antisocial and socially irresponsible. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

That HUGE white lady that works at the register is so damn rude y'all need to fire her . I walked in this store n she was like excuse me put your backpack behind the register please the rules is on the on the front door I said, first of all this is not a backpack. This is a purse. It's a backpack, but it's a backpack purse and I'm not putting it behind the register so then I said, can I use your restroom she said it's for buying customers only so I was about to go grab a bag of chips and some so she was like excuse me I just said to go you need to put your backpack behind the register you know what you can just leave or I'm gonna call the police, and then the customer is yelling at me because she's showing out in front of him not being professional, that was just uncalled, for I am a grown ass woman and you do not have to talk to me like that this customer was being very rude and she was laughing making it worse or corporate needs to talk to this woman. This is very unprofessional of her I did not like that I come in the store every Monday and Friday night before I leave chico to drive to Sacramento to get a Red Bull and this is how I'm being treat it, I am calling corporate and I'm speaking to them behind this young lady. I'm not a kid you don't have to talk to me like that.

Went to get backwoods, had to go down fair street to the other gas station because the fat woman with glasses would not let me feel the backwoods. No one who works there has not let me feel what I’m buying.

There is a little round woman that looks like a gumdrop that is super rude and angry, the other lady was very helpful and apologized for the other. Get rid of the round lady.

I have been going to this gas station for over a year now and have never stolen anything in my entire life. I go in to exchange a propane tank and get told I eas caught stealing the last two times i went in by some guy whos nsme tag says Saul but answered the phone as Miguel. All of the other staff at this location knows me and loves me and knows I dont steal. This is outragrous!!! FROM LEFT TO RIGHT: The first two pictures are the moronic supposed assistant manager who says he has vidoo tape of me stealing several times now but doesnt do anything until now. The third picture is me just in case the real manager sees this review and realizes which customer this is and how out.of line his employee is.

I stopped to fill my driver's car with gas before leaving Chico for an appointment in Sacramento. I'm disabled, mobility challenged. I wasn't able to use my Chevron card at the pump- requiring me to go inside, I handed the cashier my card and said I wanted to fill the car, she said how much? I had no idea, prices are up, the tank was partially full, I said I have no idea I need to fill it. I just wanted her to hold the card and change it after the gas had been pumped. She began to get rude, expecting me to know how much it would be. I questioned her as to how I was to know, she instructed me to guess, and then "trust" that any extra would just be returned to my card. I guessed, not enough, I had to walk back to add more funds, my pain level was increasing as was my irritation, the clerk was unapologetic for the lack of ability to pay at the pump or to hold my card and pay after pumping. Her basic attitude was that I should be grateful to be able to get gas there. When the second pre payment for gas still did not completely fill the car. I was done. I was in so much pain at that point I could not walk back to the store. I won't be back to their station.

Worst employee attitude I have ever seen. I can't believe one employee had the balls to talk crap To my friend over a accident ! You would think after putting in gas , buying snacks and other camping supplies you would at least get eye contact but not here . No other complaints at any other chevron ... won't ever come back here ...
