In a wheelchair, raining, I pushed myself to powermart for a tea. Only to find Spencer had locked the doors 10 minutes before the posted closing time! And refused to allow me entry while the store had only 1 customer inside. Ashley, somebody needs to set Rose straight on this one!

Efficient service could use some deep cleaning. Update of aesthetic. Building is small, squishy interior.. Run down , in needs of deep cleaning

710 E Lassen Ave -- Many barcodes are incorrect in the store's favor. I bought two items today and both the prices rang in higher than the price on the shelf. This is normal whenever I go there. Customers are unable to see the price being scanned by the cashier so I had to ask. I told the cashier, but he didn't reply. When handing back the change, he again said nothing. The younger female tattooed cashier came in from smoking five feet in front of the store's entrance about noon and yelled loudly, "I've been in this bit** since four and I want to fuc**** go home." There are often children around the store. I'm glad they're giving seemingly ex-convicts a chance to work, but some basic customer service training, such as speaking, greeting, saying "thank you," and not screaming vulgarities, would be beneficial. I'm going to find some place nicer to go where I'm not being bamboozled. I'm surprised Chevron doesn't require a bit of a higher-class operation.
