My experience with Chico Creek Insurance Services has been positive in every instance I've interacted with them. I've mostly been assisted by Claudia, who is very attentive and supportive. Everything I've needed to do has been a smooth process, and Claudia has always been friendly and prompt. I've had only positive experiences with this company. Would recommend!

I went to go purchase a non SR22 insurance policy with this company because someone recommended them and on the phone they were not clear at all about the huge broker fee of $400 just to get a simple non-owner SR-22 policy, but here's the catch when I did not want to do business with them and had not signed papers they are by law supposed to refund the full amount, but the owner calls me and lies to me and tells me and states that they do not do refunds and I tell him even though the policy hasn't been signed and he's like no we won't do a refund but they did give me a refund of $100 cuz they felt bad so now I have a valid claim through the California insurance commissioner do not do business with this company they are a rip off and they will lie to you to get your money, go with Geico instead.

Chico Creek was an okay insurance. They set me up pretty well with an insurer but once that is done they don’t want to talk to you once you sign the contract. I called many times and talked to receptionist who always tells me that the owner ‘Julio’ is not in. Go elsewhere if you want better car insurance
