Always love these guys. I get a lot of my bikes from here, and Joseph is the one I trust to buy my stuff from. Also, the repair department is on point, and the owner has always been very nice. They always have a variety of bikes for sale to go check them out!

I have purchased 2 Honda pioneers from them one 2017 700-4 and one 2024 1000-5 its was a great experience. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much for everything.

Went in to schedule my 2023 GoldWing DCT for a recall. Parts not available - not N.Powersport's fault there. Jeff scheduled me for service on 4/10/24, then called me before I even rode home to say the release date for the replacement impellers isn't until 4/29/24 & to re-sched. Once again, this is on Honda - which I thought was a paragon of automotive reliability and excellence. Now I ride along waiting for the fuel pump to eat its impeller stranding me Lord-only-knows-where (unlikely...until it happens!). It's a little disappointing, but this is all on Honda. Jeff was great, took his time explaining things to me and we discussed Honda's recommended service intervals for my Goldie, thinking maybe I can get up to the 1st oil service by the time the replacement parts are available. And he printed me out a service interval sheet that will be easier to use than the one in the manual. So, Jeff did more than he needed to leaving me all warm and fuzzy knowing that for the 2nd time - service has come through for me. The 1st time was my fault, ran the battery down turning the ON switch the wrong way; service swarmed my bike when it came back and everyone was sympathetic to the non-technical idiot that bought a highly technical bike. Hopefully, I won't get stuck on a 2-lane in the boonies somewhere with the dudes portrayed in the movie Deliverance.

Just bought a 2023 beta 300rr for myself from joesph at Northstate powersports. He gave us a killer deal on it couldn't pass it up. Transaction was smooth everyone there was friendly. This was my 2nd bike i bought from them this year. Would definitely do business with them in the future!

Came in to get a quote on a front tire and brake pads. And maintenance as well sprockets chain everything to get her back ship shape.
Anyyyyway. One of the guys spotted something that I didn’t notice. My back tire had acquired a metal shard. So I got a new back tire on an emergency service.
They did not disappoint. I left feeling great about it Lest I be stranded a few miles down the road.
Also they really went above and beyond looking up prices for my quote that was budget friendly also answered all my questions and concerns with great care. I really appreciated everything they did.

I have been to a couple different dealerships. Found this one looking for a beta and out of all the dealerships I have been too this is the best one by far. Awesome customer service very very friendly employees, made feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Will definitely be making the 4 hour drive to purchase again!
