I went in to get my son’s iPad fixed sometime in May. There was a new guy who was just two weeks in. He fixed My son’s iPad and everything was fine until two weeks later the home button started shifting and somehow it ended up causing internal screen damage since then I’ve been trying to contact them. I’ve left various voicemails regarding the situation. I paid $200 cash plus the screen protector so I kind of feel Like the person who did the job didn’t do it correctly. I’ve been trying to contact them to see if they make it right, but nobody has reached me and every time I go to the store when it says it’s open it is closed to make it right. I’ve had other iPads and my phone repaired there with no issues. That’s why I was returning customer, but this Kind of rubbed me The wrong way

They were able to save all of my photos from an old phone that died and place them on a new to me phone (used and inexpensive) and set up exactly like my old one. Yay! A few months later I dropped it and cracked the screen. They replaced the screen in the time that I took for me to go out and buy a cup of coffee. They are so congenial and I felt like they really want to provide a good product for a reasonable price and that I am happy when I leave.

Tyler was knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave me a super good deal on new phone and gave me some free accessories. He transferred all my information including contacts and. Pictures His location was very handy and had great parking.
