I called about my printer because it was jammed, the woman on the phone told me how to fix it myself and I didn't even have to bring it in. Thanks for the help!

Sue is absolutely wonderful. She is very busy so sometimes it is hard to get her, but she is incredibly knowledgeable and can fix those old workhorse printers that I love.
