Sue is absolutely wonderful. She is very busy so sometimes it is hard to get her, but she is incredibly knowledgeable and can fix those old workhorse printers that I love.

You call and it goes to voicemail the mail box is full so you can not leave a message. Supposed to be here at 9 a.m. on 5/5/2016 it is now 1 p.m. No one has shown up and still no answer on the phone. Very unprofessional and extremly poor customer service. Go with anyone else you will have a much more enjoyable experience.

I have been going here for at least ten years and there is no better place to buy toner, and especially get your printer repaired or just to buy one. They really know how to explain a problem and fix it very quick;y. The best thing is that she will sell a refurb printer, give you a 1 year warranty (which nobody, not even manufacturers do) and will come to you if need be. House Calls? WOW. Around the back inside the roll up door.
