About a Honda Accord for $12,000 and after four months at a ticket to mechanic who told me he had no idea what was wrong with it and take it to the dealership where it is still sitting trying to be diagnosed cuz they don't know what's wrong with it either

I bought a Honda Pilot from here back in August of 2022. Everything was fine at first, but in December, the car suddenly was not able to turn over. I had it looked at by a mechanic and they confirmed that my engine was blown. The cost of getting it fixed was worth more than I bought the car for.When I reached out to Top Imports, the owner, Bob, was unwilling to offer any assistance and said "this is what you risk when buying a car from us." He also mentioned that he didn't make any money from selling us the car so he didn't care to help with it.I had financed the car and am still paying off my loan when I cannot even physically drive it.If you are looking at getting a used car from here, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I have had a better interaction with meeting and discussing options with Chuck at Highway Motors.

I was very happy working with Bob at Chico Top Imports. He's a busy man and can be hard to reach but he deals fairly and has good prices. I shopped his lot for about 3 weeks until the car I wanted came in and then we sealed the deal. I did not have to haggle, or wait 3 hours while a sales manager tried to talk me up. Bob tells it like it is, it's refreshing compared to big car lots. I referred a friend to him and she's very happy with her car. He moves a lot of cars through that lot on a monthly basis so it is always crowded. On the other hand you're not paying for the glamor and glitz with an inflated car price. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a used car.

He sold us a salvage title without disclosing it he said it previously Had a minor fender bender that had been fixed but we traded it in and come to find out it is a salvage title it wasn’t worth more than $1000 and was sold for 5000 not worth it don’t go there never will again

Everyone who left negative reviews comes to this lot and expects a car with a 50 dollar down payment and a car that's under a grand. Amazing folks and well worth your time! Definitely know what they are doing and know how to make you a happy customer.
