Steve and Justin were awesome. 100 percent cleared up my questions and fixed my stereo. Now I can listen to music while I drive again. They were very patient and helpful.

every single person working here is incompetent and has no customer service skills. i left my car at the service department of this dealership on 10/6 at 7am and dropped the key in the key box. i bought my 2019 mazda from this dealership three years ago and have been doing early drop off and late pickup for service and the auto butler clear coat reapplication solely at this dealership for the entirety of the vehicle's life with me, and not once did i have a problem with the service department until 10/6. not only did my vehicle not get serviced until 4:33pm after i called them suspecting the car hadnt been worked on, but marina, caleb, and barry are the rudest, most incompetent people i have ever spoken to. because i have been going to this dealership for three years for service and always used the drop box for the key, i had the expectation when i dropped it off at 7am that theyd get it done well before 5pm. i did not use the envelopes to put the key fob in the drop box because for the last three years i did not use them. i dropped the car off and went to work. i noticed i didnt get the text saying my car was being worked on and my car on the mazda app hadnt been unlocked, so i had my mother call the dealership to check on it. she was told the service manager caleb is not available, but that i was at fault for not dropping the car off properly by using the envelopes and i had to reschedule. this phone call occurrd roughly at 3pm. my mother insisted i had an 8:30am appt so why didnt i get a phone call? marina then says THEY LOST MY KEY FOB AND DIDNT FIND IT UNTIL 10:30 AND DECIDED NOT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT RE: CONTACTING ME OR SERVICING THE CAR. caleb then suddenly appears, says he heard the entire phone conversation, reiterates i didnt do things right and i needed to reschedule. so i call the dealership, marina tells me the same song and dance, admits she saw the text of me confirming the appt the previous day, and doesnt comment on why i didnt get a phone call. i am then routed to barry, who gives me the excuse that its a black key fob in a black box and it was dark at 7:30 (are key fobs not black?) and thats why they didnt find it until 10:30. i told him that is not an excuse and he said, "are you going to continue to chastise me or is there something i can do for you?" i was so angry. i said fix the car. its now almost 4pm. he puts me on hold to route me to caleb, picks up after 5 minutes saying he somehow dialed caleb wrong, and theyd just take this as verbal confirmation i want the car serviced. so if it was that easy, why didnt i get phonecall? i will never get an answer to this question. i then called caleb and said i didnt feel comfortable paying for this service for how i was treated. he said he couldnt do that, i needed to speak to barry. i said id figure it out when i get to the dealership. barry then called me and left a rude voicemail saying i wouldnt be getting the car if i didnt pay. basically threatening me. i did not call him back because i felt he is a lost cause to speak to. when i get to the dealership caleb is fake and happy and gives me the total. my dad asks him why was i treated this way? they get to treat me like this all day and demand payment with no apology? caleb says "yep, thats how it works". i then asked if i could get the vehicle serviced elsewhere since i would not be back here. he explained i could. i said i never got an email to check the car in for service. he said they dont do that and that because i brought the car to them for service its my responsibility to be checking it in correctly (using the envelope). i said i have been doing it this way for three years and never had an issue and i wouldnt be back. he said thats my choice and the interaction ended. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE AND DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. they are rude and unprofessional. i will never be back especially for how barry and caleb spoke to me and my parents. TERRIBLE NO STAR SERVICE.

Price you see online isn't the price you pay on used they have add on such as glass coverage $1800 that they required be added to the price but not listed on website. When we negotiated we told them we wanted two keys for the car got to the end of the signed contract all the sudden they couldn't find the other key and wouldn't provide one. Push the extended warranty saying it was for 100,000 miles but during financing found out it was only for 65,000 and isn't like an extension of the factory one at all. Purchased the car in a Saturday evening by Monday didn't remember the transaction at all or your name. $16,000 car ended up costing $22,000.

It shouldn’t take close to 2 hrs for an oil change. The video of problems, which includes a cabin filter and tire issue was sent to the wrong phone number even though I gave my cell number to my service tech. This prevented me from approving other repairs. 3 of the 4 valve stem covers were not screwed on. I could turn each one 3-4 times until seated. I thought the vehicle would also be washed, which it was not. But I could be wrong on this assumption.

It should not take three hours to change the oil and brake fluid in my car while I wait. After Caleb told me the car would be done in less than two hours, he then called me at an hour and 50 minutes, (I was just around the corner in the waiting area) and said it should be done in about 20 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later i went up to ask how my car was coming he told me that it's been ready for an hour, and he was waiting for me to come pick it up. I was waiting in your area the whole time.This will not be a problem for me in the future as I will be taking my business to my regular mechanic. the only time you will see me i the future will be for warranty work if I can't get it done in Sac.

The only reason for rating lower was 2 things- 1. I had to call at nearly 5 pm to see what was going on with my car. I wasn’t called after it was looked at. I wasn’t told about the two filter changes that they suggested until after I called and had to approve online after 5:30pm. 2. I didn’t receive any alerts from my car about being opened until nearly 2pm after dropping it at 9:30am. Why did it take more than 4 hours to even START looking over my car??? Apparently, the check engine light was a a fluke, and hopefully, not something that needed to be looked into more.

Car was brought in for an electrical system diagnostic after just having the battery replaced at the dealership in Sacramento. On completion of the the assessment, they confidently recommended and completed an alternator replacement, which did not fix the problem at all. I called in to see if they'd take some responsibility for their work and not only did they say no, the service rep has suddenly moved out of town. Last but not least, they did not honor the military/ veteran discount initially offered for services. $2400 down the tubes. Don't take it here!

Would not recommend bringing your car here. The service manager Barry will keep you waiting for answers for days without responding. Had an issue with my warranty that Jesse and Barry left me hanging since last week, they were supposed to contact corporate to address my concerns and instead delayed for days without doing anything or responding to me. Apparently it was acceptable that "they couldn't do anything" and when I asked why nobody gave me a prompt response that they weren't able to anything for me Barry said he would "have to look into that". Typical salesman shelving of my concerns and bs for lack of basic performance.

I have not had a good experience with chico Volkswagen since my first purchase around 2013. From the purchase of my atlas to the servicing almost every visit has been an issue from bait and switch to leaving cap off oil to changing up my scheduled apt to add additional services (for an additional 1 1/2 ) and if I didn’t add the additional services that were all included at purchase I have to pay for my original requested items they are no longer covered. Service turn times are here Doud, never less than a 3 hour wait. Currently I have been here an hour most of my service was canceled they are just now installing a light that snaps on to my door. The service representative I dealt with. I would give a 10 but the company and its overall customer service is more painful than it’s worth. leaving after and hour in a half and they parked my car in handicapped parking :(

The vehicle was very clean upon pickup! I could tell the detailer took pride in their work, the car looked better than when I bought it over 1yr ago. Staff at the facility is all pretty friendly and seem genuine

I was seen at the appointed time and the service was done in a timely manner. The checkin and check out was easy and the tech was friendly and helpful. Also my car was washed!

They whole staff was friendly. They scheduled my car for a 60K service & a Service Rep. called back to schedule the recall appointment. When my normal service rep saw my car was coming in he called me and ask if they could have the car for a couple more day to do the recall now. I said yes and he set me up with a loaner.

First of all I love my VW Atlas, and also loved the customer service when I bought my car. Hands down the best! I went in for my 6 month detail and leather treatment, that I paid extra for. The outside of my car was washed very nicely. The inside front seat were clean somewhat. The back seats and trunk area were never touch. Still had dirt on the floor from our trip to Tahoe. It was definitely not vacuumed or wiped down. I was so excited to have this service to be so let down. Fingers cross I don't regret paying for the extra service.
