I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the Dodge service department. I bring my 2020 Ram 2500 diesel in for regular services, and sometimes just for peace of mind when I think I hear something off. David and Remi have both gone above and beyond every time. The communication and service are top-notch, and what I value most is how Remi consistently keeps me updated throughout the process. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Very confusing because because the Chrysler parts are in the Toyota building and apparently Chuck can't afford or, doesn't think his customers time has a value.

I will not be going here in the future. I had to wait 2 weeks for a service recall appointment. That's not bad but I asked how long it might take to install, wondering if I would need a rental. Was told a few hours. Got a call a little after 8 am the day of my 10 AM appointment. Was told the car would have to be held for 5 days. I was not told anything other than I might have to reschedule if I don't have an alternative method of transportation. Was told they would have someone call me later to reschedule. Called a few minutes later asking to speak to a manager. Not available until after 9 am .. cool. Called Yuba. They were able to get me in but my car would be held for a few weeks due to ordering said part. They arranged for a replacement vehicle, that I am not paying for out of pocket, to be delivered to the jeep location. Grabbed my stuff from my car (I had just finished an overnight shift). I've received 5 email confirmations about the appointment time and where to pull into. I don't blame the mechanic. But someone should have followed up. It's a recall. You had two weeks. This is unacceptable. No one ever reached out to me in the end.

I honestly didn't feel like they were trying to sell cars. The salesman, Jeff, was cool. But Chuck? Not cool. At all. Basically told us to go elsewhere. Had a great experience at Chico Nissan!

They are shady and never honest. Sold me a vehicle with an extended warranty and I bring it in for a problem that’s under warranty but they refuse to help. Now I’ve book an appointment for a recall months out and just was told your vehicle has been inspected and needs to return another time for recall to be done.

My family has bought many cars from Chuck Patterson. Last car in May. So of course being from chico we wanted to buy locally again. My son was interested in a green charger that was there. We sent him first to check it out test drive it and if he liked it we would come down and do the paperwork. They turned it on let him look around but didn't let him test drive it. The salesman said they only let them test drive it unless your going to buying it. Who buys a car with out testing driving. Especially for my son has only driven lifted trucks. At this point I feel it was racially profiled. I called to complain, and said that they don't let people test drive it cause there trying to keep the miles low and also that young kids peel out the parking lot. The sales man will always go with you when test driving a car. All this sounds racially profiled. I will never buy something from them again. Thinking my Mexican son couldn't afford it.

Absolutely horrible service, took my brand new 2023 Ram in because the hood was rubbing on the front fender causing the paint to chip. They told me this was not covered under warranty because they claim it came from an “outside source” that someone must have been leaning on the fender. The truck is literally 3 months old. I baby this thing, I’ve never leaned on it once. I don’t even take it through the drive thru car wash because I’m worried the car wash might damage the vehicle. I noticed the hood rubbing on the fender about a month after having it. They ended up using touch up paint (looks like a toddler applied it). They had the truck from 7::30am-5pm. I called the service department at around 4pm, went to voicemail, called back at 4:30pm and no response again. Then finally got in touch with them at around 4:45pm and they told me that the issues weren’t covered under warranty and I could bring it back tomorrow. Didn’t fix any of the issues I brought the truck in for. Also I made this appt in July they had no availability and scheduled me for august 23, they called 2 days before the appt and said sorry we over scheduled and have to push the appt to Sep 19 a month later. So I waited 2 months for nothing, I will never buy another Ram again.

2 stars just because of the sales dept. 0 stars to the service department as Casey posted. I was sold a lemon of a Ram 2500. It pulls to the right and I took it in twice for this. The suspension is eating the tires with uneven wear and Cy told me "this is what these trucks do". I am currently in contact with Ram corporate and a lemon law attorney to resolve this. There are recalls on this truck, but I will take it elsewhere to be handled.

I had the best experience at Chuck Patterson. Took my parents Durango in for service after being at Yuba City John L Sullivan Dodge for a month without being touched for a on going problem that they couldn't diagnose. After 2 weeks at Chuck Patterson and great customer service problem solved and fixed.Thank you Arlin for your outstanding service.
