I just had my car towed from my house to Mario's Automotive and my car was picked up by Phillip.
Phillip was quick, efficient, beyond friendly, and they got to my house to tow REALLY fast. Service like this is why I keep AAA Insurance.
Truly after a stressful event of a car breakdown, having a tow truck driver make the process quick and easy, makes all the difference in the world.
I know something went down back in 2020 with someone's groceries, but it appears that whoever was in charge then, isn't in charge now.
I would absolutely trust their Towing department with any vehicle of mine.

There were issues that I had to work out with AAA and our first tow driver left without any assistance or taking the time to investigate a solution.. The second tow was sent and I was assures by a supervisor that everything was fixed and noted and there would be no problem. Thankfully Will was our second driver and took the time to mot only let me call but to call also and verify that my registration was paid and never made us feel like we were on our own or a bother.. I believe our first driver was doing his job but it would have been nice to have had Will be our first driver because he cared and was patient even helped us work out the issues with AAA this company did right by the people they serve when they hired him , I hope that the company knows that he hands down made a horrible situation for me and my family goe smother and how he conducts himself should be a goal for all drivers , thank you will and you have a awesome employee Mr. Patterson , I hope you know what a asset he is to company

Mark was helpful and efficient. He arrived quickly. There were no problems with billing AAA. Other family members have used this company over the past few years, some also using AAA and none have had any problems. I can confidently recommend this company.

I have a spare and all the necessary tools..but I also have a AAA roadside assistance, so I called to have my spare put on due to 3 nails in my tire...the tow truck driver sent by AAA showed up with a flatbed and upset because he didn't want to change the tire and he also had no clue how to change a tire on a 4runner...(no idea how to use pulley to drop tire which many cars have, even mini vans....and told me it would be ok if I drive around with 3 nails in my tire due to his lack of knowledge on changing a tire. He then lied about my car missing parts to drop tire down..which is a flat out lie. In my opinion - suggesting I drive around with 3 nails in my tire (no less on a Sunday when all tire shops are closed) all while I have a brand new full size SPARE TIRE, is definitely negligence by this Company and their employee. Glad this didn't happen to one of my daughters.

We've had AAA for years. YESTERDAY 12/14 we had to wait 2 hours, for a tow. Come on CHUCK. Pay folks well - give them bonues and such through out the year and you won't have just 2 folks show up one day. COVID. no COVID is the a different FLY strain that's it. Stay home as soon as you feel like you're not well -- REST, fluids - VIT C and boost ones immune system. 3 days give or take how good I was doing before it hits me. This is a horrible way to run a service in a town this size. Please look into this, thank you. (Your guys/gals) are always courteous and knowledgeable. I don't want this to ruin these many years. I hope I don't (AND others) won't have to in the future. Thanks again, Liz and Gene

Omar went out of his way to accommodate my needs. we were in an area with no phone service with no way of verifying my AAA membership or even that my credit card was good. He put my car on the flatbed like a professional at their normal cash rates which were going to be over $300. He then drove until we had phone service. I verified my AAA membership and we switched to the AAA rates and he took my credit card info for $180. overall, he did everything he could to accommodate all of my needs, and did so with a smile and great attitude. I would use this company again and request Omar if the need came up again.

These guys are so unreasonable and impossible to work with. My vehicle was stolen while I was out-of-state and they wouldn't let the other person on the title of my vehicle pay the fees to get it out. They were so incredibly rude and made it so difficult to get my vehicle back so they could rack up the daily fees, or just hope I wouldn't pay them so they could just keep my vehicle. Wish I could give negative stars.

they sent Victoria to pick up my car and she didn't know how to lift my car on the flatbed so she left me stranded on the highway she then put in her notes that my car is not able to be towed by any tow trucks and They wouldn't send anybody else out to try and tow me even tho they have towed my car to a shop last month with no problems what so ever horrible service next time hire someone that knows what they are doing

SCAMMERS! LIARS! STAY AWAY! They deserve ZERO stars! Placed a AAA call and they wanted me to pay cash and don’t go with AAA. They lied to AAA so I wouldn’t qualify for AAA’s tow under my membership. Called AAA and they sent a different towing company and service was great! Be aware! Horrible people money hungry…

I have sat here in the Chico Mall parking lot watching as Donald (your tow driver) is helping an elderly woman with her car. He is doing an excellent job! He thought of getting her seated in his truck out of this heat before hooking up her car.
