Thorough work from the team. Toyota dealership in the bay area couldn’t find my problem but Chuck Patterson quickly found the problem. Shaun and team provided great service. Shuttle drivers were also great.

I was dreading having to buy a car after mine was totalled. It has never been a pleasant experience in the past. That is, until I met Kim Valdez and Alicia. Kim was so amazing and very accommodating to my needs and my requests. She was very knowledgeable and so delightful to work with!
When I was with Alicia to discuss extended warranties she was equally helpful and took her time explaining everything to me in detail. What a joy it was working with these two women!! A kind gentleman named Brian (I think) was also very kind to me, and on two different occasions brought me a cup of water to drink.
None of it felt patronizing, just sincere and caring.
I'd recommend Chuck Patterson Toyota to anyone looking for a Toyota!

Ii retired and wanted to buy a vehicle that was dependable, so I bought from Toyota. I bought a 2024 Highlander, brand new last year. I was having some problems trying to figure out some of the GPS, AC, and other features. I pulled in and this nice young man named Andrew came out and sat with me for a good while. He was patient and explained in detail every feature on my vehicle. I had gone through the Toyota manual, but he made it so much easier for me. Sometimes older people are ignored, but not this time. If you need help in choosing a vehicle, Andrew is the sales person to go to. He pointed out things that I would have never known. With all this high tech, you need more people like Andrew. I truly appreciated his time, courtesy, and caring. I am recommending Andrew and Chico Toyota to all my friends. Toyota also has a great shuttle service and service department as well.

Chuck Patterson scheduled my appointment for the same day I called as I requested. The service people were friendly and professional. My car's problem was diagnosed and repaired within an hour and a half. Two thumbs up!
