The cinema was clean which is very important to me personally. Most everyone was friendly and helpful. I almost gave 4 stars due to the ticket checker being a bit gruff for lack of better words. Im only mentioning this in hopes that this was just a one time thing. This was my first experience at this cinema and perhaps the ticket checker was just having one bad day, so I will leave a 5 star rating overall.

Good theatre, but constantly people talking throughout movies or on their phones just makes it distracting. The theatre needs to have someone who looks out for those kind of people. I’ve gone to movie theaters in cities 5x as big as Chico and never had these issues, it’s clearly a lack of enforcement on the theatre's end. Don’t go here wait for it to come out on streaming services

Always loved this Movie Theater since I was a kid. I’m literally just writing this to say that whoever decided to paint the theater gray needs to be fired or go into another profession lol. It’s lost all of its beautiful charm and now looks sad and boring. Hoping y'all keep the inside the old Hollywood theme but I know it’s probably gonna be sanitarium white in a few years.

Not a review about the theater and wonderful employees but a review on the company itself.
I found it extremely disappointing that on the website weeks before alien Romulus came out that no alien merchandise was available at all and still isn't, a long with an employee telling me the company has them selling said merchandise weeks before said movie and only has a small amount left during opening night which caused a lot of fans to go home empty handed including myself. Maybe for the fans of any movie you guys could at least sell the merchandise and collectibles on opening night of the movie so us fans have a chance instead of the scalpers and scammers buying them all up and selling them for over $200.

This is not my home Cinemark, but this Cinemark feels like home. Cinemark should be a staple of most cities, town, and desert oasisis (oasise?oasisi?)....there should be a lot Cinemarks in a lot of Cineplaces, so we can sit and go into a Cinestasis for our Cinefaces.

what can you say it's a movie theater but the staff are all kind, friendly and very polite. I enjoy going there. it's also always clean.
